2023 respectively in order to attend a 3-day Seminar Workshop in Upskilling the Teachers
Competencies in Dance, Fitness and Research in the 21 st century, conducted by Physical
Educators Association of the Philippines Incorporated (PEAP) at San Jose Recoletos-Basak
Campus, Cebu City.
As part of my professional development, I will also be presenting my research paper in line with
the topic. I have made arrangements and prepared activities for my left-behind classes.
