In 1998 Md.Tasnimul Hassan was born in a middle class family in Manirampur,Jashore and
after his education at HSC,he admitted to Islamic University,Kushtia.Then he was inspired by
one of his department senior to do freelancing as a source of passive income.He learned
freelancing in the sector of lead generation and data entry from the internet by his own. His
intention to earn passive income is no longer exists because It became his active income. He
managed work from different online platforms and distribute it by enhancing their knowledge in
this field to perform well as a freelancer. One thought came in his mind to eradicate
unemployment by enhancing skills of IT is the foundation of Pranto IT institute. In 2022 he
thought to give an office to share his knowledge to employ others. In that time he invested his
savings of two lacks bdt what he earned from doing freelancing. Under him, 10 employees are
working to provide training and after training facilities to ensure works for trainees. Till now, he
offers 15 courses those are Graphic Design Course, Web Design Course, Digital Marketing
Course, Communicative English Course, Cyber Security Course, Video Editing Course, E-
commerce Management Course, Data Entry Course, Basic Computer Course. . He dream that
one day they can offer 50 courses to eradicate unemployment.
Achiever and appropriate decision taker : He struggled first when he started the institute then he
could’t run the business because operating cost was way higher than revenue then he took the
decision to implement cut off policy and implemented new marketing plan to make understand
the society about IT. After several month the situation was changed they earn good sum of net
profit.
Open about new things: he wanted to describe him as a curious. As his story ,he was opened
about new things so that he could learn this IT knowledge.

institute made it possible to allocate its finance wisely from the beginning. He manages and uses

efforts and sheer determination. According to him, success is not handed over easily but has to
be earned through hard work and perseverance. He always emphasizes the importance of
delivering exceptional services to trainees and motivates his team to strive for excellence. He
firmly believes that teamwork is crucial in achieving their goals and encourages his employees to
