SELF-DEVELOPMENT SKILLS ACQUIRED

1. Self Communication

includes my ability to speak, write and listen. With these skills, I


can understand what others are saying and feeling and also
convey your own ideas and feelings. Good communicators can
speak clearly and confidently, using a tone that is positive and
appropriate for the situation.

2. Self Organization

include the tidiness of my physical and digital spaces as well as


my ability to plan, schedule and prioritize my project. Good organization
can help save time, prevent miscommunications and improve efficiency.

3. Self Problem-solving

is my ability to handle challenging or surprising situations. Good problem-


solvers can stay calm when they encounter obstacles and assess all their
options to find the best solution.

4.Self-Confidence

is the belief in my abilities, actions and decisions. If you have confidence


in yourself, you might be more likely to pursue ambitious goals, try new
things and believe you can succeed.

5. Self Adaptability

Adaptability is my ability to adjust quickly and easily to new things. People


who handle change well often get along with a variety of personalities and
thrive in any environment. They can also remain calm in surprising
situations.

6.Integrity

People tend to trust those who are honest and stand by their values.
Integrity means doing what is right and telling the truth, even if doing so
presents challenges. Having integrity can lead to a good reputation and
opportunities for advancement.

7.Work ethic

Work ethic includes not only hard work but also reliability, responsibility,
quality, determination and discipline. People with good work ethic tend to
be productive and have a positive attitude.
8.Leadership

Leadership is my ability to guide people. Good leaders can motivate


others and help them reach a shared goal. They build confidence and
improve morale.
SPIRITUAL READINGS

I applied it by giving emotional and inspirational thoughts that can develop my


spiritual readings and by reading it with all my heart and full beliefs

(1) Psalm 23:4


“YES, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no
evil, for YOUU are with me; YOUR rod and YOUR staff they comfort me”

- The CGSMS journey is difficult thing to do just like you want to go to the
highest mountains but it’s to hard because you need to climb to go there, but
despites of difficulties in pursuing my project , I still stand and brave because I
know I have god who always besides me, to guide me. I will never be afraid no
matter what happens I will reached my goal to be a Chief Girl Scout Medal
Scheme

(2) Psalm 56:11


“ In God have I put my trust; I Will Not Be Afraid what can man can do to
me”

- I am not afraid what people say to me, I will not also allow myself to be down
because I have a strong faith and trust in God.

(3) Philippians 4:13


“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”

- I Started implementing my community project is not easy and a big responsibility


that I will make. But with him who strengthens me I’ll be able to do it successfully.
(4) Joshua 1:9
“ be strong and courageous , do not be-frightened or dismayed, for the lord
your god is with you wherever you go”

- the verse encourage me that I will not be frightened whatever circumstances I


deal with, because god will always beside me.

(5) Choronthians 16:13


“ Stay awake, stand firm in the faith, carry on in a manly way, grow mighty”

-This reminds me that I were going to facedifficult times ahead my journey, but I
will be courageous and will stand firm in the faith no matter hoe the big the traits
will come way to my journey of CGSMS.

(6) Romans 12:16

“ Live with harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to
associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited”

- The verse thought me on how to deal so many people in community. My


community member have a really impact and gives a harmony in my
project.
