Waste Management contracts at Hamad Medical Corporation Hospitals. and Falcon Hospital.
(From April-2008 till Dec.2017)

Overall facilities Management functions of 10 Hospitals, 03 Paediatric Emergencies, 03 disable Patients compounds. Total bed
capacity of over 5000. Falcon Hospital is High quality falcon care hospital with in patient rooms, operating theatre, x-ray room,

In addition to I was handling all the responsibilities of Hamad Bin Khalifa Medical City (HBKMC) Zone-A, was instrumental in
the successful mobilization of 3 hospitals WWRC, ACC, QRI and Hamad Medical City. (October 2016 to December 2017)

(The said hospitals come under the umbrella of Hamad Medical Corporation, which is the public sector health provider in Qatar
with 9 modern fully equipped hospitals which constitutes the largest medical provider in Qatar.)

 Maintaining a pleasant environment for patients and visitors with the ultimate objective of controlling infections in the
hospital surrounding as per JCI (Joint Commission International, USA) and CAP (College of American Pathologists)
standards.
 Scheduling of routine deep/detailed cleaning of key areas such as operating theatre suites, intensive care units, surgical
theatres, isolation in-patient rooms and kitchen (High risk areas and common areas)
 Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping services and take corrective action.
 Evaluate records to forecast department personnel requirements.
 Make recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
 Pperformance evaluation of workers and provide recommendations for promotions.
 Update and maintain manpower allocation database in addition to assign workers to fulfil immediate requirements.
Preparation of monthly reports and early summary on materials, machinery & equipment
