A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE THREE (3) YEAR


BARANGAY PEACE AND ORDER AND PUBLIC SAFETY (BPOPS) PLAN 2020- 2022
FOR BARANGAY CATUMSAN, ARTECHE, EASTERN SAMAR

WHEREAS, the Barangay Peace and Order Committee (BPOC) has endorsed for approval and
adoption by the Sangguniang Barangay the three (3) year Barangay Peace and Order and Public
Safety (BPOPS) Plan 2020-2022 for Barangay Catumsan, Arteche, Eastern Samar;

WHEREAS, after review, the said BPOPS Plan, as attached, is found to be in accordance with DILG
MC 2017-142 re Guidelines in the Formulation of a Simplified Barangay Peace and Order and Public
Safety (BPOPS) Plan and is responsive to the peace and order and public safety issues and concerns
of the barangay;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member Hon. Gilbert P. Beato, duly
seconded by Sangguniang Barangay Member Hon. Raul P. Labeñ a,

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Catumsan Arteche Eastern Samar, in


session duly assembled, as it is hereby resolved to approve and adopt the Barangay Peace and
Order and Public Safety (BPOPS) Plan 2020-2022 as endorsed by the Barangay Peace and Order
Council;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to all concerned for their
information and consideration.

APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Sangguniang Barangay this 6th day of January, 2020 at Barangay
Catumsan, Arteche, Eastern Samar.
