LT Panel Checklist

This daily checklist is used to inspect an LT panel at a factory each day of the month. It contains 27 checking points to examine the voltage, current, insulation, locks, meters, accessibility, diagrams, earthing, phase separators, cooling fans, amperage, voltages, temperatures of busbars and circuits, and earthing to neutral voltage. Staff inspecting the panel mark whether each item is functioning and sign the checklist.
