Meal Policy

This policy outlines the rules for manager, director, and staff meals effective March 1, 2013. The Managing Director and Directors are responsible for developing, amending, and administering the meal policy. The policy specifies that all modified/complimentary/discount bills must be authorized by the Head of Department. Director and manager bills must be signed by the respective director or manager. Management meal costs are calculated at Rs. 2000 per person, and staff cafeteria expenses are calculated at Rs. 30 per meal based on actual headcounts and meals served.

SCOPE

This policy applies to all Managers & directors, staff those having meal in outlet..

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY

The Managing Director / Director are & Managers are responsible for the development, amendment and
administration of this policy.

Managers, Directors & Staff meal policy.

1. All modified/complimentary/discount bills to be authorized by HOD

2. All directors & managers bills to be signed by respective director & manager.

3. Management meal cost will be calculated on Rs 2000/- per person.


eg we have 2 mangers & 2 director having meal at outlet so their expense will 2000 X 4 = 8000

4. Staff Cafeteria expense to be calculated on actual. Each Cafeteria meal to be calculated Rs


30/- per head.
E.g. If we have 10 people working for a month so their total cafeteria expense will be No. Meals
X Cost of 1 meal X No of day’s i.e 20 X 30 X 30
