Understanding ICT to Promote Social Change
Definition of Social Change:
Social Change is the changes in human interactions and relationships that transform
cultural and social institutions. These changes occur over time and often have profound
and long-term consequences for society.

Mechanics:
1. Visit change.org. For the first time user, you can sign up with your Facebook account,
otherwise, input you log-in details.
2. Click the start petition button. Choose the kind of issue you’re petitioning on. After that,
you will follow the four steps.
