Role Business Analyst - Products
Basic Qualifications Graduate (IT/ Computer Science) or (B.E Computer Science/IT) or MBA
Required Experience 2 to 4 years of experience
Salary At par with industry standards
Required Competencies • Understanding of the software product market dynamics and software
development processes.
• Possesses excellent relationship, communication and customer relationship
management skills.
• Exhibits strong leadership qualities through quick decision-making and change
management & strong analytical ability.
• Good experience of using Office suite and other software to build BPMN, UMLs
and mockups
• Willingness to travel for Short term
Role and Responsibilities
• Post-Sales Engagement Management with the clients along with the role of Business & System Analyst.
• Documenting high level and detailed requirements using elicitation techniques such as scenarios (use cases)
/ prototyping.
• Producing a project scoping/ definition/ initiation document clearly for defining scope and project objective.
• Executing user acceptance scenarios/ system test scripts.
• Good awareness about project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies & change control processes
especially in relation to requirements documentation.
• Resolving complex requirement conflicts through effective stakeholder engagement.
• Effectively presenting options and recommendations to stakeholders.
