The world is full of challenges. So that means we must always be ready.

There are
times when we become vulnerable and don’t know what to do. But we should be strong
and believe that we can make it, because success belongs to those who never get tired
of learning.
On-The – Job training is a part of a curriculum we have to comply with in order to
graduate; that is my first impression of OJT. Some say it is an event where we, as
students, are deployed to the field of the real business world in order for us to gain
enough experience about how to work with other people.
As a student, it’s not easy to manage time. But I have to find a way to handle everything
well. So that I can deal with it, I have chosen an organization where I can spend my
time learning something new and having better experiences. In a short period of time,
almost four months, Philbest Canning Corporation’s Finance Department gave me
wonderful experiences. Being a trainee, at first I didn’t know what I should do because
everything was my first time. I am very thankful and feel great because being in their
company is an advantage in the future. I experience document distribution in different
departments, record official receipt numbers, and record the check issued. Employees
in that organization treat me well; they are willing to teach me what the real works are
about. It’s been a privilege to gain something from experiences.
I really appreciate that we have this OJT program because it really helps me mature as
an individual. Those experiences though us well that might help us facing the future. 
Our training nourishes our minds on what working in an office is really like and what are
the things we might be facing in the future.
As I move closer to my dreams, I will always remember the lessons and values I have
learned from the company I trained, such as being alert, flexible, and credible, working
effectively and efficiently, having competence, diversifying capabilities, building
teamwork, and acting professionally. Even most of the times I failed, I should still always
be the person who is always willing to learn and accept that failures are just steps in
reaching my goals. I thank God for everything. I am now ready and prepared to face the
real world and change it for the better.
