SAP B1 Implementation: PreludeSys implemented SAP Business One application to G-Mart and its subsidiary companies, namely, Sathya Electricals and Venus Electricals. These two companies form a chain of 28 outlets across the state of Tamil Nadu. SAP B1 was implemented at the head office and also across all outlets. Along with the default SAP B1, various customization were provided to address Scheme consolidation and Fixed Assets had been implemented successfully.

SAP B1 Implementation: An end to end customised solution for the Leather tanning industry was developed as an add-on for SAP B1. Costing is being considered at every stage, during the process of conversion from raw material to finished leather, taking electricity, labor, etc. into consideration. Apart from the entire production process being customized for the customer, the sales module also includes the entire export functionality with various statutory reports such as Letter of Credit, ECGC,

SAP B1 Implementation: Ensys Technologies is an engineering company which deals with design and manufacturing of air pollution control equipments. SAP B1 was implemented to handle their business process. Various key modules such as Financials, Sales, Purchase, Banking, Inventory and Service have been dealt with. Purchase Requisition and Project Code Creation (Automated) Functionalities which cannot be handled using default SAP B1 product, have been customized using C#.NET and integrated.

SAP B1 Implementation: Qmax Group functions in the field of design, development and manufacturing of diagnostic and repair equipment for electronic PCB testing. SAP B1 was implemented in Q Max to address most of its pain areas in finance, sales, purchase and manufacturing and a customization was done to integrate bar code with SAP B1 for tracking of various FG and SFGs during manufacturing process. SAP B1 Implementation: The Customer wanted to have a total integrated system to control their inventory, production and sales. To achieve this, Femina opted for SAP B1 with customized developed, wherever required. An add-on was developed to run their business efficiently with the control on production order creation. With the approval procedures designed at different levels, it was easy to monitor the business on a single screen.

SAP B1 Implementation: SAP B1 was implemented to handle the key processes in an apparel industry such as Process Planning, Costing and time & Action. A workflow was designed for the various approval stages for different users. Various MIS reports have been designed using Crystal Reports for users at various stages in the organization.

SAP B1 Implementation: SAP Business One was implemented withTransports Management,a window based application plug-in created based on the user requirement. This includes three major modules namely, Vehicle Management, Vehicle Movement and Vehicle Maintenance. The Vehicle Management module takes care of New Vehicle purchase, Road Tax, Fitness Certification, Permit Fee, Insurance Premium Payment, Insurance claim, Loan and Loan repayment. Alerts are generated to notify the expiry date of Road Tax, Insurance, F.C., Permit fee and Loan repayment. Vehicle Movement module takes care of Contract with the customers and daily trip sheet of every vehicle. Vehicle Maintenance module takes care of functionalities such as Free Service, Periodical Service and Breakdown Services.

SAP B1 2007 B was implemented to ease their business process .Default SAP B1 package has been implemented with all modules. Quality and Sub - Contracting Process has been mapped in SAP B1.About 50 stored procedures have been used in SAP B1 to control the Business Process.

The Process planning module handles the overall production flow of various apparels, which in turn enables the merchandiser and management for their individual costing purposes for different types of orders. Hence the Process Planning is in turn linked with the Costing module. Both the Costing and Process Planning are linked with the Time & Action module which enables the management to plan the production based on the currently on going orders, the requirement of raw materials and various other forecasting factors.

MS AX 2009 Implementation: PreludeSys implemented MS AX 2009 an openended ERP solution with comprehensive business management solution for GAVS. MS AX provides industry specific functionality to address specific needs and demands, support for multiple transactions across multiple sites, support for local languages, currencies, and legal requirements for more than 36 countries.

MS AX 4.0 Implementation: PreludeSys implemented MS AX 4.0 , a customised ERP solution for Protocol Solutions. We provided custom specific solution for the Finance, HR, CRM, Sales operations, Trade & Logistics and Inventory Management. MS CRM 4.0 Implementation: PreludeSys provided MS CRM enterprise apllication services to manage the marketing activities. The application was integrated with Dash Board, CTI Integration and Social Networking sites. Customisation of Lead Management, Commission, Brokerage modules were also provided.

MS SharePoint Implementation: PreludeSys developed an intranet portal for Daimler India Commercial Vehicles. The portal was developed on WSS. The portal consisted of separate modules for Human Resources, Information Technology and Management which helps individual departments to publish relevant information to company employees. The portal ensured that the employees spent less time searching for the requisite information. In creating the portal, PreludeSys saved the client time and money by primarily using pre-built WSS 3.0 templates to accomplish the task. Materials Management System: PreludeSys developed the Materials Management System for Daimler India DIMMS. This solution provided the conversion of the current windows application of MMS to a web based application which helped the internal stake holders such as Controlling, R&D, and Procurement department in communicating each other for better business.

MS SharePoint Implementation: PreludeSys proposed to implement MS SharePoint 2007 for IBC Bank's Termination Notification form. The Bank wanted to have one such form similar to the New Hire Form which gets completed and published to their Portal over web. And the form is available for departments about termination of services for resources with concerned departments. The idea is to communicate the key items and if possible to have workflow allowing appropriate Departmental areas to be notified via email of the termination and the requirement to remove any access levels.

QRS: PreludeSys modernized a legacy Quality Review System (QRS) into an customized Content Management System which allowed the flexibility of the business State staff to be able to modify content and publish on a need / change basis.

MyBalance Mobile: PreludeSys provided the MyBalance Mobile website to track the personal appointments that allows users to plan for physical activity, nutritious meals, and schedule reminders. It had provisions for showing day view, week view and month view calendars similar to the one in Outlook, and graphical icons, animation charts are displayed to show food/ exercise/meeting schedules based on health goals.

Text 4 Diet: PreludeSys developed an automated weight loss program based text messages in end users(participants) mobile phone. This text message works with any text messaging enabled phone with MMS capability. Users daily weight and step count are captured and shown as a graph on the website and sent as a MultiMedia Message (MMS) to userss phone. The solution supports administrative functions such as Recipes, User Management, Library maintenance, Website & Intranet Portal: PreludeSys provided the NFBPA website that allows the non-technical users to maintain content. The Central Texas Chapter has a dynamic web content management system which is capable of facilitating the efficient creation, publishing, and warehousing of content. We also developed an intranet portal on WSS, which helps individual departments to publish relevant information to company employees. The portal ensured that the employees spent less time searching for the requisite information through the efficient configuration management.

Business Intelligence Implementation: Preludesys provided Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities to Mobitos corporation by creating tabular reports generating Global Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Data ware house concept is used for holding a separate database for Reports. The Production database and Reporting database are used. Data will be migrated using production database at frequent intervals. Analysis service is used in order to define business entities, business logic, calculations, and metrics.

Black Box: Phenomenex had approached Preludesys seeking a comprehensive solution to its data quality issues in its source CRM system. To avoid the consequence of bad data quality, to correct or remove inaccurate customer data, Preludesys proposed and developed a Source System Control called as Black Box to ensure that customer data satisfies quality standards. Website Development: PreludeSys developed an ecommerce site with a rich user experience, configurable administrator layer. The website had a provision to add custom Configuration and support for multiple pricing. The ecommerce site was integrated with a legacy ERP system called Mortec.

Website & Portal Development: PreludeSys developed a Corporate website & a portal solution where the customers and the stake holders can communicate for better business.

Price Automation System: At present, Epsons Price Proposal is made through Excel templates. To reduce manual labor, and improve visibility, speed and accuracy of price change proposals across departments. PreludeSys proposed the development of Price Proposal Automation. The solution includes development of automation of Microsoft Excel based price proposal for various products, tracking the status of the price proposal request, generate reports based on status and historical data, manage versions of proposals, formula builder, creation of Price Proposal templates and work flow for approval/rejection mechanism.

Website Development: PreludeSys developed a B2C [Business to Customer] with shopping cart features and a B2B [Business to Business] website where the customers and the stake holders can communicate for better business.
