SPESIFICATION TEST PROCEDURE


Product Name HEALGEN HBsAb Test Cassette 1. Remove the test from the foil pouch and use it as soon as
possible. Best results will be obtained if the assay is
performed within one hour.
Purpose for the qualitative detection of 2. Place the test on a clean and level surface. Hold the

Format Device Cassette INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS


Specimen Serum / Plasma Positive : Two lines appear. One colored line should be in the
control line region (C) and another apparent colored line
should be in the test line region (T).

Volume Specimen 2~3 full drops of serum/plasma Negative : One colored line appears in the control line region
( 60~90 μl) (C). No line appears in the test line region (T).

Reading Time 15 minutes Invalid : Control line fails to appear. Insufficent specimen
volume or incorect procedural techniques are the most likely
reasons for control line failure. Review the procedure and
repeat the test with a new test cassette. If the problem
persist, discontinue using the test kit immediately and contact
your local distributor.

Registration KEMENKES RI AKL 30305020010 NOTE: The intensity of the red color in the test line region (T)
Number (AKL) will vary depending on the concentration of HIV antibodies in
the specimen. Therefore, any shade of red in the test region
(T) should be considered positive.
