Introduction

In the following work we will take the different theories discussed during the course on
problem solving in the classroom, form a reflection on the role of the teacher and identify
the good and bad things in the practice site. You will also have to send the different practice
documents corresponding to phase 4.
Step 2.

 What aspects must be considered when teaching?

Commitment to human development is a key requirement for a good teacher. It is important
that students are educated, as it affects the way they think and behave. Both reason and
sensitivity are involved in this process. The ability to form oneself requires the teacher to
have a life project that is coherent with the values that guide his or her pedagogical work.
Another essential task of a good teacher is to build bridges between students with different
knowledge bases, to highlight unfathomable horizons of knowledge and to remove the
blinders that hide the true nature of phenomena and things. The teacher must be able to
express emotions and to feel them, as well as to be open and sensitive to the emotional
experiences of the students and to transmit them through the teaching process.

 Is it difficult being a teacher in your community? What are the biggest challenges?
In my community it is difficult for a young person to become a teacher in schools that
already have a name and are big, I think it is easy the fact that many students are
responsible and are very decent with the figure of the teacher and this facilitates the
learning process.
 What are the biggest needs of the students at your school or educational institution?
At my internship site they already have a lot of experience with children, it is an elementary
school and the teachers know how to handle children and create activities that help and
please the students. It has good educators and they have keys and experience, I don't think
they are missing much.

 What would you recommend to your tutor? Consider suggestions and ideas to
improve your learning process.
The teacher I interned with is a very good teacher who says that she enjoys teaching
children, she finds them to be more appreciative and attentive. Her activities are very
dynamic and the children like this, maybe if she had to say something to improve it would
be new activities and new contents since some of them are repeated not in the same way but
are very similar.

Step 3
Attend the web conference of the course and attach the evidence of your active
participation, if you do not attend, you must watch the recording and write a summary of it.

In the web conference of April 29, 2023, offered by Professor Silvia Juliana. She began
with a brief presentation asking us how we are, she does not talk about the practice, how
she started the documents and how to send them so that the university has the approval that
you did the practice. He shows us how the work of phase 4 is going to be developed, he
begins with the explanation of how to develop the simulator and the tools that he offers us
to solve the problem posed. We can see the questions that we must develop. When almost
finished, he shows us how to fill out the forms and how to send them, how to name them
and send them to the folder. And how the documents of phase 4 are going. At the end there
are some questions and the web conference ends with Professor Silvia Juliana.
