GUIDELINES IN USING THE PSI-CONNECT ONLINE TESTING PLATFORM

1. Secure the computer /mobile phone/ tablet, including your internet connection before accessing the test.
Please make sure that you have a stable and strong internet connection.
2. Users of the Psi-Connect Online Testing Platform are required to log in with their credentials. PSI
([email protected]) will send via email the PASSWORD to log in to your account and ACCESS
CODE for your scheduled assessment.
3. Remember your nominated EMAIL ADDRESS and PASSWORD. Click this link to log in. Use the “Forgot
Password” if in case that you forgot the password and if you intend to change the system-generated password.
You must update your profile by clicking the MENU, and /or your NAME.
4. If VIDEO ACCESS is requested. Open your Zoom App and access the ZOOM MEETING using the ID and
PASSCODE displayed in your dashboard. You are advised to provide your full name (as indicated in the
registration) as you use the Zoom App. If you are using a mobile phone, a separate unit for video and test
access is advised.
4.1 Ensure that the camera is turned on and the microphone is unmuted until advised by the proctor.
4.2 Position your camera that you and your screen are visible.
4.3. Wait for the instructions to be given by the proctor via ZOOM. Once the instruction is done, keep the
Zoom app open until the end of the test process.
5. Turn on the "DO NOT DISTURB" mode feature if a mobile phone will be used in taking the test. Likewise,
turn off the SLEEP MODE feature if the mobile phone will be used.
6. To take the test, go back to the DASHBOARD and click ACCESS NOW. Provide the ACCESS CODE and
click SUBMIT.
7. It is important that you read the reminders and CONSENT. Click AGREE AND PROCEED and be ready to
start the test.
8. READ carefully all the INSTRUCTIONS and/or EXAMPLES for each test.
9. You are not allowed to stop the examination session at any time, Once you have started the test, the time also
starts. The examination will automatically close within the allowed time of completion. The platform will
automatically close by midnight of the day of access.
10. Don't press the HOME button or BACK button during the online assessment.
11. Don't SCREENSHOT.
12. Don't use or open NEW BROWSER / NEW TAB / NEW WINDOW or take the test in INCOGNITO MODE.
13. Don't open OTHER APPS, or open any messages from FB MESSENGER, or any NOTIFICATIONS while
taking the test.
14. If LOCKED OUT reach out to PSI using the contacts details given below or in the dashboard.
15. Once you had completed the test, click submit. The system will revert you to the dashboard. You may exit
the platform.
