Tax Manager

 Act as th subject-matter tax expert and coordinate any potential tax risks and issues
 Ensure the business following local tax laws and regulations
 Identify tax planning opportunities and risks and propose robust measures to mitigate tax risks
and penalty
 Provide recommendation and input to various business stakeholders, including during project risk
reviews, etc.
 Keep communication and liaise with tax authorities in negotiations and dealings locally regarding
tax policy matters
 Manage tax audits and liaise with tax personnel and authorities as well as advise on progress
during tax audits
 Manage tax litigation, tax audits and all tax projects
 Keep informed regarding the tax auditing activities done by internal and external parties
 Prepare federal and state income tax returns for all entity types.
 Accurately audit and calculate Tokopedia tax accounting functions
 Review quarterly annual income tax provisions
 Ensure tax accounting matches tax compliance policies
 Assist in preparing Compiled and Reviewed Financial Statements.
 Assist in creating tax reports/statements
 Ensure the tax strategy is in compliance with taxation law
 Act as th subject-matter tax expert and coordinate any potential tax risks and issues
 Ensure the business following local tax laws and regulations

Tax Officer

 Review tax related from Payment Form


 Review and filing all suppliers invoice documents
 Distribute all the listed payment to be approved by Tax Specialist and Lead
 Prepare WHT Slips Art. 23/6 and 4(2) to be sent to vendors.
 Assist Tax Specialist in preparing WHT Report, VAT Report and Reimbursement Report in
monthly basis
 Assist Tax Specialist in submitting VAT invoice from vendors to Workday database
 Filing all tax documents

 1. Responsible to create tax invoices, calculate and input taxes (PPh, PPN, SPT etc) using e-SPT
taxes, E-billing, and E-filing;
 2. Calculate and report all corporate tax payments;
 3. Doing filling documents related to corporate taxation
 4. Prepare (supporting documents) required for the Annual Corporate Entity SPT
 5. Identifying tax object from daily transaction and doing accurate amount calculation.
 6. Supporting and giving advisory to other departments related to taxation.
 7. Execute administration related matters in relations with changes in tax regulations.
