AFFIDAVIT OF ACCEPTANCE

We, ROSEVIC G. RIGUERRA, GREGONITO G. GAWARAN, VELINDA G.


TORRES, VERONITA G. BAUTISTA, GEORGE G. GAWARAN, GREGOVIC G.
GAWARAN, MA. VERONICA G. SAQUI and MAC GREGOR G. GAWARAN, all
Filipino and of legal age, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and state that:

1. VIRGINIA G. GAWARAN voluntarily and freely, without force,


intimidation, or violence upon her, that she hereby waived all the separate
properties forming part of the Estate properties and shall be divided and shared
equally in favor of the remaining heirs;
