Greetings of Peace!

Tabangao Elementary School is one of the performing school in Batangas City in terms of
academic performance. To pursue and develop more, we have launched one of the school
project known as the “Wellness Program” (Nourish your Body, Mind and Soul (NBMS) which
enables pupils, teachers, community and even our stakeholders to appreciate a healthy
lifestyle.

As part of the said program, we will be having our “Search for Mrs. Wellness 2023” which is
pushed through the collaboration of General PTA and the school. The said activity enables
parents to be a role model of “Wellness” in all aspects and at the same time to be an
instrument supporting school programs and projects. Proceeds for such activity will be used
for construction of school drainage.

In line with this, we are humbly seeking your office to support the said activity through
donating awards (trophies) for different titles of our Wellness Pageant. Below are the list of
trophies and the sizes for the different titles:
