1. DURATION OF CONTRACT ‫ ﻣﺪة اﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬1.


‫ ﻣﺒﺎﺷﺮة اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻟﻌﻤﻠﮫ ﻓﻲ‬w‫أ( ﻣﺪة اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﺳﻨﺘﯿﻦ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ‬
A. The duration of this contract is two Years commencing ‫دوﻟﺔ ﻗﻄﺮ وﺗﻌﺘﺒﺮ اﻷﺷﮭﺮ اﻟﺜﻼﺛﺔ اﻻوﻟﻲ ﻓﺘﺮة اﺧﺘﺒﺎر ﯾﺠﻮز‬
from the date of departure from the point of origin. The first ‫ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ‬w‫ اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ‬w‫ اﻟﻄﺮف‬w‫ ﺑﺈﺧﻄﺎر‬w‫ اﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬w‫ اﻧﮭﺎء‬w‫ ﺧﻼﻟﮭﺎ‬w‫ اﻷول‬w‫ﻟﻠﻄﺮف‬
three months will be considered a probation period during
which the First Party has the right to terminate the contract by ‫ وﯾﺘﺤﻤﻞ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول‬،‫ اﻻﻧﺘﮭﺎء‬w‫ﻗﺒﻞ ﺛﻼﺛﺔ أﯾﺎم ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ‬
giving the Second Party three days prior notice. The first party ‫ ﻓﺈذا اﺟﺘﺎز اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻓﺘﺮة اﻻﺧﺘﺒﺎر ﺑﻨﺠﺎح‬،‫ﺗﻜﺎﻟﯿﻒ إﻋﺎدﺗﮫ إﻟﻲ ﺑﻠﺪه‬
shall bear repatriation expenses of the Second Party. If the .‫اﻋﺘﺒﺮ اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﺳﺎرﯾﺎ ﻟﻠﻤﺪة اﻟﻤﺘﺒﻘﯿﺔ ﻣﻨﮫ‬
probationary period is satisfactorily completed, the contract
‫ ﻣﺪﺗﮫ دون ﺣﺎﺟﺔ إﻟﻲ اﺧﻄﺎر ﺳﺎﺑﻖ وإذا‬w‫وﯾﻨﺘﮭﻲ اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﺑﺈﻧﺘﮭﺎء‬
shall be in force for its unexpired term.
‫رﻏﺐ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﻓﻲ اﺳﺘﻤﺮار اﻟﺘﻌﺎﻗﺪ وﺟﺐ ﻋﻠﯿﮫ اﺧﻄﺎر‬
B. The contract expires at its expiry date without further expiry date of the contract period.
notification. However, if the First Party wishes to continue
contracting, he should notify the Second Party in writing
about his desire for renewal (30) thirty days at least before the
‫اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻛﺘﺎﺑﺔ ﺑﺮﻏﺒﺘﮫ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺘﺠﺪﯾﺪ ﻗﺒﻞ ﻣﻮﻋﺪ ﻧﮭﺎﯾﺔ اﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬
‫ﺑﺜﻼﺛﯿﻦ ﯾﻮﻣﺎ ﻋﻠﻲ اﻷﻗﻞ‪.‬‬
‫ﻻﯾﺠﻮز إﻧﮭﺎء اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻧﺘﮭﺎء ﻣﺪﺗﮫ إﻻ ﺑﻤﻮاﻓﻘﺔ اﻟﻄﺮﻓﯿﻦ‪ ،‬ﻛﻤﺎ ﯾﺠﺐ‬
‫ﻋﻠﻲ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺗﺮك اﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬
‫اﻟﻮﻓﺎء ﺑﺠﻤﯿﻊ دﯾﻮﻧﮫ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﺤﻘﺔ ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻷول‪.‬‬
C. The contract may not be cancelled before its termination
without the consent of the two parties and the Second Party
will have to pay before he finally leaves work all his debts
payable to the First Party.

2. TRAVEL EXPENSES
‫ ﻧﻔﻘﺎت اﻟﺴﻔﺮ‬2.
A. The First Party shall bear the travel expenses of the ‫)أ( ﯾﺘﺤﻤﻞ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﻧﻔﻘﺎت ﺳﻔﺮ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺪﯾﻨﺔ‬
Second Party from the city of NEPAL to the work place in the ‫ ﻛﻤﺎ‬.‫ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﺪوﻟﺔ ﻗﻄﺮ وﻛﺬا ﻧﻔﻘﺎت ﻋﻮدﺗﮫ إﻟﯿﮭﺎ‬w‫ﻧﯿﺒﺎل إﻟﻲ ﻣﻜﺎن‬
State of Qatar, as well as the costs of the return passage. The ‫ﯾﺘﺤﻤﻞ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﻧﻔﻘﺎت ﺳﻔﺮ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ذھﺎﺑﺎ‬
First Party shall also bear the round-trip travel costs of the
Second Party on the leave periods as provided in the .‫وإﯾﺎﺑﺎً أﺛﻨﺎء ﻓﺘﺮة اﻹﺟﺎرة اﻟﻤﻨﺼﻮص ﻋﻠﯿﮭﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻋﻘﺪ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬
employment contract. These expenses shall not cover costs of ‫وﻻﺗﺸﻤﻞ ھﺬه اﻟﻨﻔﻘﺎت ﺗﻜﺎﻟﯿﻒ اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﺟﻮاز اﻟﺴﻔﺮ أو دﻓﻊ اﯾﺔ‬
acquiring a passport or payments against any guarantees. .‫ﺗﺎﻣﯿﻨﺎت‬
‫)ب( ﯾﻌﻔﻲ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﻣﻦ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﻧﻔﻘﺎت اﻟﻌﻮدة ﻓﻲ اﻟﺤﺎﻟﺘﯿﻦ‬
B. The First Party shall be exempted from payment of
return expenses of the worker in the following two cases: :‫اﻟﺘﺎﻟﯿﺘﯿﻦ‬
1) In case of resignation before the expiry date of the .‫ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ اﻻﺳﺘﻘﺎﻟﺔ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻧﺘﮭﺎء ﻣﺪة اﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬1-
contract. ‫ﻓﺼﻠﮫ‬ ‫ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ارﺗﻜﺎب اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﺧﻄﺎ ﯾﺘﺮﺗﺐ ﻋﻠﯿﮫ‬2-
2) In the event he commits a breach resulting in his ‫ ﻧﮭﺎﯾﺔ اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺔ طﺒﻘﺎ‬w‫ﻣﻦ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﺪون إﻧﺬار ودون ﻣﻨﺤﺔ ﻣﻜﺎﻓﺄة‬
dismissal without notice and without a service gratuity in
.‫ﻷﺣﻜﺎم ﻗﻮاﻧﯿﻦ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﻘﻄﺮي‬
accordance with the provision of the Qatari Labour Law.

3. ADVANCES :-‫اﻟﻘﺮوض‬3.
ً
‫ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺎ‬ ً
‫ﻗﺮﺿﺎ‬ ‫)أ( ﯾﺪﻓﻊ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻻول ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ‬
A. The First Party shall pay to the person of the second party,
‫ﻗﺒﻞ ﺳﻔﺮه إذا رﻏﺐ ﻓﻲ‬ ‫ ﺑﺎﻟﻌﻤﻠﺔ‬...............‫ﻗﯿﻤﺘﮫ‬
if he/she desires an advance of --------- in ---------------
currency (about the salary of one month) before his traveling ‫)ﺣﺪود أﺧﺮ ﺷﮭﺮ واﺣﺪ( ﯾﺨﺼﻢ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺴﺘﺤﻘﺎت اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ‬
from----------------to Qatar for one time and to be deducted ‫ )ﻋﺸﺮة ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﺎﺋﺔ( ﻣﻦ اﻟﺮاﺗﺐ‬10% ‫ﻋﻠﻲ اﻗﺴﺎط ﺷﮭﺮﯾﺔ ﺑﻮاﻗﻊ‬
from the dues of the Second Party by monthly installments to .‫اﻻﺳﺎﺳﻲ اﻟﺸﮭﺮي‬
the amount of 10% (Ten Percent) of the basic salary.
‫)ب( ﯾﺒﺪأ ﺧﺼﻢ اﻗﺴﺎط اﻟﻘﺮض ﻣﻦ اﺟﺮة اﻟﺸﮭﺮ اﻟﺘﺎﻟﻲ ﻟﺒﺪء ﻋﻤﻞ‬
B. The deduction of installments shall take effect from the .‫اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ‬
salary of the month following the start of the work of the ‫)ج( ﺗﺴﺮي ﻋﻠﻲ اﻟﻘﺮوض اﻷﺧﺮي اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺪﻓﻊ ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻟﻨﺜﺎﻧﻲ‬
Second Party.
.‫ﺑﺎﻟﻌﻤﻠﺔ اﻟﻘﻄﺮﯾﺔ اﺣﻜﺎم اﻟﻔﻘﺮﺗﯿﻦ اﻟﺴﺎﺑﻘﺘﯿﻦ‬
C. The preceding two terms are applicable to loans paid to
the Second Party in Qatar Currency.
‫ اﻷﺟﺮ واﻟﻤﻜﺎﻓﺄة‬4.
4. SALARY AND GRATUITY

A. For daily and monthly workers: The basic pay is :................‫ ﻟﻌﻤﺎل اﻟﯿﻮﻣﯿﺔ واﻟﺸﮭﺮﯾﺔ اﻷﺟﺮ اﻷﺳﺎﺳﻲ ﻗﯿﻤﺘﮫ‬1(
QR1700 per month against the basic hours of work per day 8 )48( ‫ ﯾﻮﻣﯿﺎً اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻷﺳﺎﺳﯿﺔ‬w‫ ﺳﺎﻋﺎت‬8 w‫ ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ‬w‫ ﺷﮭﺮﯾﺎ‬w‫ ﻗﻄﺮي‬w‫﷼‬
hours (48 hours per week) and the Second Party shall be
entitled a paid weekly rest-day every week. He shall also ‫ﺳﺎﻋﺔ أﺳﺒﻮﻋﯿﺎً وﯾﺤﺼﻞ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻋﻠﻲ راﺣﺔ أﺳﺒﻮﻋﯿﺔ‬
receive cash payments against overtime worked in accordance w‫ ﻓﻲ ﯾﻮم واﺣﺪ ﻛﻞ أﺳﺒﻮع ﻛﻤﺎ ﯾﺤﺼﻞ ﻋﻠﻲ ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ‬،‫ﻣﺪﻓﻮﻋﺔ اﻷﺟﺮ‬
with the provisions of the Qatari Labour Law.
‫اﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬
‫ﻟﺴﺎﻋﺎ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻹﺿﺎﻓﯿﺔ وﻓﻘﺎ ﻷﺣﻜﺎم ﻗﺎﻧﻮن‬ ‫ﻧﻘﺪي‬
‫ت‬
B. For workers of production or piece work or task work: .‫اﻟﻘﻄﺮي‬
the basic pay is QR..........against a daily performance rate
according to the trade or occupation as follows: ‫ﻣﻘﺒﻞ‬ ‫ اﻻﺟﺮ اﻻﺳﺎﺳﻲ ﻗﯿﻤﺘﮫ‬:-‫( ﻟﻌﻤﺎل اﻻﻧﺘﺎج أو اﻟﻘﻄﻌﺔ‬-‫ب‬
‫اﻧﺠﺎز ﻣﻌﺪل اداء ﺑﻮﻣﻲ ﺣﺴﺐ اﻟﺤﺮﻓﺔ أو اﻟﻤﮭﻨﺔ ﻛﻤﺎ‬
Additional pay shall be paid against the volume of work ‫وﯾﺪﻓﻊ أﺟﺮ اﺿﺎﻓﻲ ﻋﻦ ﺣﺠﻢ‬ ‫ﯾﻠﻲ‬
accomplished by the Second Party over the daily performance ‫اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﺬي ﯾﻨﺠﺰه اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ زﯾﺎدة ﻋﻦ ﻣﻌﺪل اﻻداء اﻟﯿﻮﻣﻲ‬
rate as follows……….
‫ وﻓﻲ ﺣﻠﺔ ﻋﺪم وﺟﻮد ﻋﻤﻞ‬:....................‫اﻟﺴﺎﺑﻖ ﻛﻤﺎ ﯾﻠﻲ‬
In the event of absence of any production work the wage of regulations in force in the State of Qatar.
the Second Party shall be QR.--------

C. The First Party hereby undertakes to enter the overtime as


provided for in Para (a) or the quantity of work completed per
day according to Para (b) in a special card to be delivered at
the end of the working day to the First Party for registration.

5. END OF SERVICE GRATUITY

The End of Service Gratuity will be provided by First Party


after the successful completion of one year as per Qatari
labour law ((Three weeks’ leave pay per year up to five years
and four weeks’ leave pay per year for more than five years; and
including three weeks’ wages per year up to five years and four
weeks’ wages per year for more than five years)..

6. ACCOMMODATION AND DAILY LIVING:

A) The First Party undertakes to provide a free and


appropriate bachelor accommodation for the use of the
Second Party to be equipped with beds & suitable bathrooms
including Air conditioning in accordance with the appropriate
sanitary &health conditions.

B) The First Party undertakes to supply the Second Party


with cold fresh drinking water and food.

7. TRANSPORTATION
The First Party shall provide the Second Party a free
transport from his accommodation to the work place and
back.

8. MEDICAL & SOCIAL CARE

A. The First party shall provide the Second Party with the
required medical treatment in accordance with the rules and
‫﷼‪.‬‬ ‫ﺑﺎﻻﻧﺘﺎج ﯾﻜﻮن أﺟﺮ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ھﻮ‬
‫ج( ﯾﺘﻌﮭﺪ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻻول ﺑﺎﺛﯿﺎت ﺳﺎﻋﺎت‪ w‬اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﯿﻮﻣﯿﺔ اﻻﺿﺎﻓﯿﺔ‬
‫وﻓﻘﺎً ﻟﻠﻔﻘﺮة‪) w‬أ( ﻣﻦ ھﺬا اﻟﺒﻨﺪ أو ﻛﻤﯿﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﺠﺰ ﯾﻮﻣﯿﺎً وﻓﻘﺎً ﻟﻠﻔﻘﺮة )ب(‬
‫ﻣﻦ ھﺬا اﻟﺒﺪ ﻓﻲ ﺑﻄﺎﻗﺔ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺗﺴﻠﻢ ﻓﻲ ﻧﮭﺎﯾﺔ اﻟﯿﻮم‬
‫ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻻول ﻟﻠﺘﺴﺠﯿﻞ‪.‬‬

‫‪ 5.‬ﻣﻜﺎﻓﺄة ﻧﮭﺎﯾﺔ اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺔ‬

‫ﯾﻤﻨﺢ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﻣﻜﺎﻓﺎة‪ w‬ﻧﮭﺎﯾﺔ اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺔ ﺑﻌﺪ إﺳﺘﻜﻤﺎل‪ w‬ﻣﺪة ﺳﻨﺔ‬
‫وذﻟﻚ ﺣﺴﺐ ﻗﺎﻧﻮن اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﻘﻄﺮي ‪.‬‬

‫‪ 6.‬اﻟﺴﻜﻦ واﻟﻤﻌﯿﺸﺔ اﻟﯿﻮﻣﯿﺔ‪) :‬أ( ﯾﺘﻌﮭﺪ‬


‫اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺘﺪﺑﯿﺮ ﺳﻜﻦ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻷﻋﺰب ﻣﺠﺎﻧﺎ ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ وأن ﯾﺰوده‬
‫ﺑﺎﻷﺳﺮة ودورات اﻟﻤﯿﺎه اﻟﻤﻨﺎﺳﺒﺔ ً‬
‫وﻓﻘﺎ ﻟﻠﺸﺮوط‬
‫اﻟﺼﺤﯿﺔ‪) .‬ب( ﯾﺘﻌﮭﺪ‬
‫اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﺑﺘﻮﻓﯿﺮ ﻣﯿﺎه ﺑﺎردة وﺻﺎﻟﺤﺔ ﻟﻠﺸﺮب‬
‫ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ‪.‬‬

‫‪ 7.‬اﻟﺘﻨﻘﻞ‬
‫ﯾﻮﻓﺮ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ وﺳﯿﻠﺔ اﻟﻤﻮاﺻﻼت اﻟﻤﻨﺎﺳﺒﺔ ﻣﻦ‬
‫اﻟﺴﻜﻦ اﻟﻰ ﻣﻜﺎن‪ w‬اﻟﻌﻤﻞ وﺑﺎﻟﻌﻜﺲ‪.‬‬

‫‪ 8.‬اﻟﺮﻋﺎﯾﺔ اﻟﻄﺒﯿﺔ واﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯿﺔ‪:‬‬


‫ﯾﻮﻓﺮ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ اﻟﻌﻼج ﻋﻠﻲ اﻟﺘﻌﻮﯾﺾ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﺤﻖ‬
B. The First Party undertakes that the Second Party will ‫ﻟﮫ ﻋﻦ اﺻﺎﺑﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﻞ واﻟﻌﺠﺰ واﻟﻮﻓﺎة اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻨﺸﺄ ﻋﻦ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ أو‬
receive his payable indemnity for labour injuries, disability or
death during work or arising there from according to Qatari .‫ﺑﺴﺒﺒﮫ طﺒﻘﺎ ﻟﻠﻘﻮاﻧﯿﻦ اﻟﻘﻄﺮﯾﺔ ﻓﻲ ھﺬا اﻟﺸﺎن‬
Laws in this regard.

9. LEAVES:

A) The Second Party is entitled for a normal yearly paid


leave not less than three weeks.

B) The Second Party shall receive full pay during the :‫ اﻻﺟﺎزات‬9.

The second party is also entitled for three workings days leave (‫ﻋﯿﺪ اﻷﺿﺤﻲ )ﺛﻼﺛﺔ أﯾﺎم ﻋﻤﻞ‬ -
with full pay during the year. These days are decided by the (‫اﻟﯿﻮم اﻟﻮطﻨﻲ )ﯾﻮم واﺣﺪ ﻋﻤﻞ‬ -
First Party for all workers.
‫ ﺧﻼل‬w‫ﻛﻤﺎ ﯾﺤﺼﻞ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﻋﻠﻲ ﺛﻼﺛﺔ أﯾﺎم ﻋﻤﻞ ﺑﺄﺟﺮ ﻛﺎﻣﻞ‬
C. The Second Party is entitled for sick leave with pay after .‫اﻟﻌﺎم وھﺬه اﻷﯾﺎم ﯾﻘﺮرھﺎ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻟﻠﻌﻤﺎل ﺟﻤﯿﻌﺎ‬
three months of continuous service with the First Party in ‫)ج( ﯾﺴﺘﺤﻖ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧ اﺟﺎزة ﻣﺮﺿﯿﺔ ﻣﺪﻓﻮﻋﺔ اﻻﺟﺮ ﺑﻌﺪ‬

10. Resident Permit:

Resident permit will be provided by the First Party free of the


cost.

General Provisions: :‫ ﺗﺼﺮﯾﺢ اﻹﻗﺎﻣﺔ‬10.


‫ اﻹﻗﺎﻣﺔ‬w‫ﯾﺘﺤﻤﻞ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻷول اﻟﻨﻔﻘﺎت اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺈﺻﺪار ﺗﺼﺮﯾﺢ‬
A. The Second Party undertakes to perform his/her duties .‫ﻟﻠﻤﻮظﻒ‬
in accordance with the average rates of daily performance
known in his occupation. In the event the Second Party failed
to do so, he/she shall be subject to the table of penalties in this ‫أﺣﻜﺎم ﻋﺎﻣﺔ‬
respect,
‫ﯾﺘﻌﮭﺪ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺑﺎداء ﻋﻤﻠﮫ طﺒﻘﺎ ﻟﻤﺘﻮﺳﻄﺎت‬ (1)
B. The Second Party is not permitted, during the contract
period, to work for others, and the First Party shall not have ‫وﻣﻌﺪﻻت اﻻداء اﻟﯿﻮﻣﯿﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻧﻔﺲ ﻣﮭﻨﺘﮫ وﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ‬
the right to engage the Second Party in any work with other interfering or involving himself/herself ‫ﻋﺪم اداﻧﮫ‬
employer unless in cases permissible by Qatari Laws; in any political or ‫ﻟﻤﻌﺪﻻت‬

C. The Second Party shall undertake to refrain from ‫ﺗﻄﺒﻖ ﻋﻠﯿﮫ‬
‫ﻻﺋﺤﺔ‬
‫اﻟﺠﺰاءات ﻓﻲ ھﺬا اﻟﺸﺎن‪ .‬ﻻﯾﺠﻮز ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ ﺧﻼل‬
‫ﻣﺪة اﻟﺘﻌﺎﻗﺪ اﺷﺘﻐﺎل ﻟﺪي اﻟﻐﯿﺮ ﻛﻤﺎ ﻻﯾﺤﻖ ﻟﻠﻄﺮف اﻻول ﺗﺸﻐﯿﻞ اﻟﻄﺮف اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ‬ ‫)‪(2‬‬
‫ﻟﺪى اﻟﻐﯿﺮاﻻ ﻓﻲ اﻷﺣﻮال اﻟﺘﻲ ﯾﺠﯿﺰھﺎ ﻗﺎﻧﻮن اﻟﻌﻤﻞ‪.‬‬

14 of the year 2004 and its executive decisions, and as such

they constitute the basis to resort to in the event of any dispute

contract include more favorable advantages to the Second ‫ وﯾﺘﻢ اﻟﺮﺟﻮع‬،‫اﻷﺳﺎس اﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮﻧﻲ ﻟﻨﺼﻮص ھﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬
Party. ‫إﻟﯿﮫ ﻓﻲ أي ﻧﺰاع ﯾﻨﺸﺎ ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻄﺮﻓﯿﻦ ﻣﺎ ﻟﻢ ﺗﻜﻦ‬
E. This contract shall come into force after ratification of ‫ﺷﺮوط ھﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﺗﺘﻀﻤﻦ ﻣﺰاﯾﺎ أﻓﻀﻞ‬

F. This contract is made and issued in three original
copies. One copy shall be kept by the employer and one copy
shall be given to the worker, the third Copy shall be filed at ‫ه( ﯾﺼﺒﺢ ھﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﻧﺎﻓﺬ اﻟﻤﻔﻌﻮل ﺑﻌﺪ ﺗﺼﺪﯾﻖ اﻟﺴﻠﻄﺎت‬
the Ministry of Labour. .‫اﻟﻤﺨﺘﺼﺔ ﻋﻠﻲ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺪوﻟﺘﯿﻦ‬
‫و( ﺗﺤﺮر ھﺬا اﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﻣﻦ ﺛﻼﺛﺔ ﻧﺴﺦ اﺻﻠﯿﺔ ﯾﺤﻔﻆ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬
