B. KEY QUESTIONS

1. How do you consider yourself as teacher? Please explain.

Because I've been a teacher for so long—nearly two decades, at this point—I feel
myself to be proficient and capable educator. This industry has provided me with a
wealth of knowledge and has had a significant impact on who I am as a person. Not
only is it my means of subsistence, but it is also the vocation that has enabled me to
sbring up my kids and establish a family. In addition, I have always had a soft spot in
my heart for schoolchildren and education, which is why I have remained in this
position, and I have always believed that this is what I should spend the rest of my
life doing. What I'm doing right now is continuing my education and getting better at
what I do. I make it a priority to be current on the most effective methods currently
being used in the field of education, and I am always seeking for innovative new
ways to enhance my own teaching. Even though I have experience and knowledge, I
can honestly claim that I am reliable since I have always reminded myself to be
professional in the things that I do, and I will continue to be professional in the future
as well.

2. Which of the following have you given much consideration in your teaching?
Why?

The local knowledge, values, culture, 21st century skills, and international
development are the ones I emphasize since they allow me to foster a welcoming and
diverse classroom. It also aids in making sure that kids acquire the real-world skills
and information they'll need to succeed in the future, as well as a more well-rounded
view of the world. Finally, I feel that by doing so, I can help children learn about and
celebrate their local culture and society while also preparing them for a globalized
and unpredictable future.

3. Where you are teaching what do you like the most? (local or abroad) Why?

I am an engaged, creative, and loving educator that strives to make each and every
child's classroom experience enjoyable and productive. Because I believe that
learning occurs most successfully when the instructor and the student work together,
developing meaningful relationships with my students is a vital component of my
approach to the classroom. I put forth a lot of effort to create engaging lessons for my
students that not only provide them a strong foundation in the subject matter but also
encourage them to think critically, find solutions to issues, and work together.

4. How do you consider yourself as a teacher? Please explain.

Local would be my preference if I were the one making the choice, since I truly
feel that the children of the Philippines require my assistance. Even though I am able
to educate children in other countries, the fact that a large number of Filipinos already
reside in other countries and provide educational services to local children prevents
me from even entertaining the idea. As of right now, Filipino young students are in
need of a Filipino instructor that can provide them with the education they require to
develop into well-rounded people in the future.
