 Conversant with design codes like ASME, TEMA, API, PD5500, ANSI, Client/consultant Standards like
SHELL, EIL, KOC, ZADCO, Technip and Code Requirement.
 Experience with various material of construction like CS, LTCS, SS, Duplex SS & Cladded steel
&various service requirement NACE MR0175 &MR0103, HIC, Wet H2S & hydrogen service.
 Familiar with software’s like PV Elite, CODE CALC, Auto cad, PDMS &MS office.

 Design & detail engineering of various pressure vessels such as Liquid seal drum, Slug catcher,
Water filter, Deaerator Vessels, Knock out drum, air receiver, boiler stack, packaged equipment like
chemical injection skid & instrument air packages.
 Preparation Of NPSH calculation for CI package pumps & Preparation of data sheet for CI packages
 Review of project documents such as data sheet, project specification & other technical documents
for the compliance.
 Monitoring compliance of Engineering document to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies,
standards and specifications.
 Reviewing & follow up for vendor drawing /documentation to ensure as per the relevant
specification code & technical practice.
 Review of MTO & material requisition along with Technical delivery conditions for materials as per
code & ARM (Additional Requirement for Materials) as per project specification.
 Review of technical bid evaluation during contract stage, & identifying area of concern.
 Coordinate with the entire department to resolve the technical / commercial problems raised
during the execution of project and at the enquiry stage of project.
 Coordinated engineering team for ASME certification audit (Joint review) for U & U2 stamp.
  Communicating with proposal team to support technical bid during pre-order stage.
 Preparation of Skid Layout, platform& ladder sketches for draftsman.
