Video – makes the presentation more attractive as long as it is


used for illustration and not as a replacement of the
speaker (Pearson, et al., 2008)

Effective Video:
1. Tells a story – audience understands and remember the
message well
2. Visualize – use symbols that are understood at first glance
3. Turn up audio – music has good stimulating effect in
your clip
4. Spread the word – decide what is your objective and how
can you present it
5. Ask Help – a good quality video can be a successful aid
in presenting your idea or message
AUDIO-VISUAL

PowerPoint – most accessible and utilized

Computer Graphics – widely used, convenient tool for


speech studies (Denes, 2005)

Raster and Vector graphics


Web-Based
Presentation
Prezi –more sophisticated than PowerPoint

Slidebean – can add videos, audios and other data

Google Slide – can embed all types of file

Blog – pieces of web content that are updated frequently

Vlog – combination of video clips, audio, text and images
