Introduction
Trophy plaque production

During this course we will be tracking the production of metal

plaques to be used on trophies.

In the first plant, we will demonstrate SAP Digital Manufacturing

Cloud for execution for the process industry by creating a batch
of sheet metal.

At a second plant, we will demonstrate the discrete industry by

cutting and engraving the sheet metal into custom-ordered
plaques. The discrete production orders at this plant will be
scheduled and dispatched via SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud
for resource orchestration.

We will also take an in-depth look at the machine integration of

the engraving equipment.

Finally, we will review production reports for both discrete and

process plants in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud for insights.
