Letter To Parole Officer

Antonia Estomata, the wife of the late Leonilo Estomata, wrote a letter to the Chief Parole Officer vehemently objecting to the parole application of Teles Maneja, who unlawfully killed her husband. She explained that her family suffered great turmoil from the loss, both psychologically and financially. Imprisonment did not equate to or repay the loss of her husband's life, which also destroyed a complete family full of opportunities. Therefore, she respectfully requested that Maneja's parole case be denied.

Dear Maam,

I, ANTONIA D. ESTOMATA, wife of late LEONILO ESTOMATA, in behalf of

my family, I execute this writing to will serve as a formal comments relative
to the Parole Application of Mr. TELES MANEJA y MEDALLE, the
perpetrator of the unlawful killing of my late husband. The death of my
better half and the father of my children cause a great turnover to my family
as a whole. The stigma of being a victim for crime of unlawful killing greatly
affects the psychological, mental and economical stability of my family as a
whole.

Further, considering the imprisonment of Mr. Maneja as a sentence for his

unlawful act, neither it equate nor paid for the loss life of my husband, it
also vanish a family, that is complete and full of good opportunity.

In view thereof, I, Mrs. Antonia Estomata, representing the Estomata

Family, VEHEMENTLY OBJECT for the grant of Parole to Mr. Teles Maneja.
Thus, we respectfully move for the DENIAL of his Case for Parole.

Hope that this letter be given credence and thus, favourably consider by the
Honourable Parole Officer.

Sincerely,

ANTONIA D. ESTOMATA
