Philips Silicone Coated Incandescent Lamps Bulletin 7-89

Philips Lighting produces silicone coated incandescent lamps that are more resistant to breakage from impacts or thermal shock. The thin silicone coating allows the lamp to absorb impacts without shattering. These lamps are ideal for indoor and outdoor applications where breakage is a concern, such as appliances, signs, machinery, and outdoor lighting. They come in a variety of bulb types and wattages.
