Operation , Maintenance Manual, Wiring diagram , chamber diagram,
sensor position diagram provided.
Operation Training of the instruments along with software installation
and software Training is part of our Operation Qualification.

FUJI Make ,Solid state Relays, Contactors, Overload Trip devices, MCB.
The control panel has below features.
CONTROLLING • IP 22 Protection.
SYSTEM • Controls Temp using PID Loops.
• Operates as Safety Controller by cutting of Heating device on
Over temperature by Thermostate .
• RS 485 Communication Port for PC Connectivity.
Temperature Safety :-
• When Temperature deviates higher side than their prescribed
limits , the Heater will be cut off by switchgears & if still go higher
SAFETY than by Thermostate.
Human Safety :-
• All the component has individual MCB for Overload and trip
protection.
