Attendance

Executive Summary The quality of a teacher over the past few years has
continuously changed. The 21st century teachers are those that are
highly equipped with the knowledge in using technology, most
importantly in teaching.

In line with this, the School Learning Action Cell of Balas


Elementary School focused on how to build teacher trends, or
teachers that are knowledgeable in technological skills. Along with
this, they said school conducted 3 days the online google meet
seminar that tackles the importance of equipping 21 st century
teachers in new normal scenarios.

knowledge on the said topic pretty well.


- participants: The participants enjoyed the topic and they
were active during the discussion.
- content of program: The LAC/program was timely. It
really helps the participants about their role as a 21 st
century teacher.

relative to the training/LAC. Exploration, Constructivism,
Collaboration, and Integration (4As, Lecturette,
andragogic approach) were observed.
- training materials: The training materials were relevant
to the topic.

- prior to delivery: The speaker/facilitator informed the
participants before the LAC. She also created an
invitation so that the participants were well informed.
- during the training proper: During the training proper, the
speaker/facilitator was so prepared and ready to deliver
new information. The participants were very interested to
learn and take down notes the important details and very
eager to apply their learnings.

 Results from the program managers review of the program


The program manager was knowledgeable with the topic. She delivered the lesson very
well as schedule. Learning objectives were clear, topics were relevant to work, activities
were congruent to the objectives, the presentation skills were engaging, and the audio/
visual aids were easy to hear/see.

 Strengths and areas for improvement should be identified in this section.


The topics were very timely and useful to learn. It ensures teachers understand
techniques and strategies to use. This will help the teachers to have a proper skill in proper
documentation of activities and accomplishment. Learning by doing was applied in this
training/LAC that’s why learning lasts longer or considered life-long learning.
