country.
2) The Title Sheets for the practical examination you are taking are also included within the zipped
package. Further subjects and grades are available on the www.ofaal.org website.
3) Please ensure you print 2 copies of the admission card and also 2 copies of each of the Title Sheets to
take into your examination room. The completed Title sheets are required by the examiners to be able to
commence the examination. You will not be allowed to enter the examination room without the 2
completed Title Sheets.
4) Ensure you are available at the allocated examination room 15 to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled
examination time.
5) Once the times are allocated, please do not request for change of allocated times as we will always
refuse, even if your teacher advises you, it will not happen.
