Ug Sump Foundation Design Calculations For Capacity 15Klx2 Development of 50 MW Solar PV Project

This document provides design calculations for an underground sump foundation with a capacity of 15KLx2. It includes calculations to determine the moments and shear forces acting on the foundation walls due to water pressure from inside the sump. The calculations check that the chosen dimensions of 3500mm x 2500mm x 1800mm can withstand the loads from both the water and surrounding soil by satisfying code requirements. Design checks are performed for crack width, shear, flexure and uplift.
