PRODUCTION:
Casting:
Jewelry casting is the process by which a wax pattern is made into a jewelry mold and then
filled with molten metal or silver to create a custom piece of jewelry. It is also called lost wax
casting because the wax is always “lost” during the process of making jewelry.
6
Machine Chain
CNC:
CNC machining has become increasing popular among larger companies and artisan
jewelers alike, who often use milling machines to carve or engrave detailed designs into pieces
of metal jewelry. A CNC mill can also be used to carve wax for lost-wax casting projects.
7
Handmade
“Handmade Jewelry” it item must be fabricated from raw metal by a jewelry artisan, using only tools
that are controlled by hand. The lost art of jewelry making fine handmade jewelry requires highly skilled
labor to manually control tools and to transformprecious metals and gemstones into works of art.
Laser cutting:
Jewellry cutting lasers are commonly used for cutting fine filigree designs out of gold,
silver, steel, platinum etc. for marking very intricate and designer jewelry which is not
otherwise possible by traditional methods. The gold loss is minimal which can also be
recovered.

CAD
Hollow chains:
Hollow simply means there is an empty space inside. Jewelry of any material can
bemade hollow - for various reasons - but in most cases it is done to reduce amount of gold
required.Hollow gold jewelry is stamped in the same way as solid gold jewelry is (10k

which was launched at all its outlets, will have about 250 designs. Every month, the company
launches hundreds of new designs. Since customers are looking at gold jewellery as a safe
option for investment and hence the demand is good.

Major social media platforms such as Instagram have for long been playing a
key role in business promotions and now jewellery makers are further integrating tech in
sales. Virtual catalogues are in vogue among online jewellery platforms now. This opens
an immense business opportunity for the sellers alongside reducing the inventory
expenditure. The designers create new designs every week or so and using

BUY LESS BUT FREQUENTLY:
The best way to buy inventory throughout a year is to buy less but frequently. This not only prevents you
from stocking surplus amounts of inventory, but it also helps you in thinking critically and only buy what
stock order into smaller parts and distribute them at smaller time intervals. Always is essential. Break your
try to buy it from the manufactures directly and from those who offer timeless pieces.
TIME YOUR PURCHASES:
Ordering jewelry in bulk in a time when there are not so many weddings happening is not timing it right.
The same goes for festivals, marriage months, and other seasons. Make sure that you order right kind of
jewelry at the right time.
PACKAGING:
TYPES OF PACKAGING FOR JEWELRY:
There may be various types of packaging for jewelry business depending on the type or brand of jewelry.
ORGANIC PACKAGING:
Organic packaging techniques or “green” packaging techniques are an ideal option for handmade and
artisan jewelry items. For instance, recycled paper, fabric, hemp, or handmade paper stock display cards,
etc. can bring a handcrafted feel.
BUDGET PACKAGING:
If you sell jewelry in bulk, budget packaging for your jewelry business may be more suitable and feasible
for you. You can use plastic jewelry tags, hangers, plastic packaging slides or cellophane, or faux velvet
display for packaging jewelry for shipping.
DISPLAY PACKAGING:
Let’s say, if you are a popular jewelry retailer and use lighted-glass display cases, you would also require
equally ornamental cases. Similarly, if you are selling at a mall kiosk or a jewelry expo or show; the
packaging that can easily slide on to the commercial jewelry display racks may be more practical and
feasible.

CONCLUSION
CONCLUSION:
On the whole, this internship was a useful experience. I have gained new knowledge,
skills and met many new people. I achieved several of my learning goals, however for some
the conditions did not permit. I got insight into professional practice. I learned the different
facets of working within a Jewel industry. I experienced as a Human Resource, in
organization, it is an important role of the organization have been understood. Related to my
study I learned more about the Human Resources department and the situation they face.
There is still a lot to study about that.
Understood that how they care for their employees and the facilities made for them.
The loan policies provided for them also make me feel proud of the organization how they
make their employees to feel safe. The anti-Harassment committee is also for employees it
includes 6 members. There is a complaint box for that.
The internship was also good to find out what my strengths and weaknesses are.
This helped me to define what skills and knowledge I have to improve in the coming time. It
would be better that the knowledge level of the language is sufficient to contribute fully.
After my master I think that I could start my working career. It would also be better if I can
present and express myself more confidently. At last this internship has given me new
insights and motivation to pursue of a career asa Human Resource.
