BACK GROUND OF THE STUDY
The electrical installation and maintenance are part
of technical vocational track it was an industrial art. The student is specializing with analyzing sign electrical symbol and data. Interpretation of technical drawing and plans maintaining of electric hydraulic tools, installation of electric metallic tubing wire ways and cables trays; installing telephone terminal cabinet, cable bridge. And also, the selection of wiring devices used for floor and ground fault current interrupter which is base from the Philippines electrical code standard.
The electrical installation and maintenance [EIM]
strand aim to prepare student with skills and abilities when it comes to electrical industry. This strand consists of laboratory activities to show the effectiveness of developing the electrical installation and maintenance student skills essential to the field of electrical .Every student begins with the basic fundamental of electricity and wiring of simple circuit , then will proceed to the advance phases which are the residential interior wiring , the alternating current power, wiring of more complex circuit and equipment for the national electrical code ,emphasis when it comes to working on wiring should be applied,[Honolulu,2011].
The main purpose of this study is to determine and
identity the factors affecting the effectiveness of EIM skills among EIM student in Bobon School for Philippine Craftsmen S.Y. 2021-2022. STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
This study aims to identify and clarify the factors
affecting the acquirement of skills effectiveness of electrical installation maintenance among EIM student in Bobon School for Philippine Craftsmen.
1.How many skills does EIM student need to acquire in
electrical installation and maintenance?
2.What are the factors affecting the effectiveness of
EIM training among the student?
3.What plan action does the school have to enhance the
effectiveness of skill of EIM student? DEFINITION OF TERMS
To better understand the study, the following terms

Factors - A circumstances, fact or influence that
contribute to a result or outcome.
Effectiveness - The degree to which something is
successful in producing a desired result; success.
Electrical Installation Maintenance EIM – A strand
offered in senior high school that will hone the skills of the students to repair, transmit and install electrical system.
Student – a person who is studying at a school.
Skills – the ability to use one knowledge effectively
and readily in execution or performance. SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
This research is made with the purpose to provide
information and understanding regarding the topic. Through this study the following would benefited.
To the student, this research will help them to
recognize and understand the benefits this strand could give and can assist them to be prepared for their future after graduation.
To the teachers, if would help them to identify and
enhance the skills given to be more effective and productive among EIM student coming in the future.
To the parents, this will give theme knowledge on how
to support and guide their children in terms of improving their electrical skills even in their home.
To the future researchers, this would accommodate and
guide them to provide information on the study related to the factors affecting the effectiveness of electrical installation maintenance skills among students. SCOPE AND LIMITATION
This study highlights the factors affecting the
effectiveness of Electrical Installation Maintenances kills among EIM students of Bobon School for Philippine craftsmen for the school year 2021- 2022.Further, this study would be done through the consumption of questionnaire to the student in EIM learners only as a survey and reference. By this study strategy, the researcher will be able to identify and clarify the factors affecting the effectiveness of EIM skills on the student. The study was based only on the responses of the respondent, thus, their honesty in answering affected the result. This study does not cover any other problems that are not consider of the chosen topic. CHAPTER II REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE
This research study presents a brief but concise
review of related literature and studies. Section helps in familiarizing information that is relevant and similar to the present day.
The skills electrical installation and maintenance
practice is one of the trades that exposes student skills. It is the most important part to the student for them to exposed in the activities with skills that required to make the future job easily and flexible to any kind of work. Using advance skill in activities can enhance the student memory to easily reveal and solve the problem that they understand in the previous activities in their school activities.
According to croft, terrel [1915] electrical
installation and maintenance practices a program introduces by way of practical exercise, the maintenance of electrical system and circuit, electrical installation Inspection and test procedure. National of technical education [NBTE][2004]electrical craftsmen are expected to test, diagnose, service, install and completely repair any fault on electrical machine and equipment using manufacturers manual. In the report of NBTE [2004], the aim of electrical installation and maintenance practice is to give training and impart the necessary skills leading to the production of craftsmen, technician and their skilled. According to study of delos santos [2010] there are factors which affect the performance of EIM student, profile of the student, age, gender, occupation of parents and their educational attainment are variable that contribute to the performance of the student parental support to the student and their performance. Faculties organizing and supervising student capabilities in which their strength are more into focused. Currently preparing for extra and side activities to enhance and train the given strand which is to give the skills and experience the acquired knowledge.
Students are individual who play role kay in producing
graduate who have high technical skill uplift the name of the school in the field of electrical and maintenance. The student needs more advantage to do something in the field of EIM. The student who undergo in college with the skill of EIM can take it to his/her entire life for better future of the student who need attention for their skill . The factors that affecting the skills acquisition are very important to know to avoid misunderstanding and conflict in their future job . The attitude of the learner can affect to in the skills of the student. Therefore, after being student, the attitude cannot provide a perfect understanding about the problem and the result is lock of focus. Lack of focus cannot give an idea to create something in the work. The reason is instead of thinking to how to solve the problem if think about another thing that did not connected to the problem. In the future , the skills and performance of the student can approve by itself because of creating an idea or the experience of her/his. Similarities of the EIM in other strand the EIM skills and knowledge are complicated in the field of electricity . Wiring problem solving is the skills that can apply in other strand that have a similarity in how you would do the differences of the EIM to the strand. CHAPTER III METHODOLOGY
