Alutech Investments (Pvt) Ltd is a Zimbabwean company that has been built on a solid
foundation and has a reputation for quality construction, shop-fitting, joinery, metal
fabrication, and structural steelwork. It was formed in 2003 under the Companies Act
(24:03), registration number 5075/2003, with the aim of offering a complete service that
includes planning, designing, supplying and fixing aluminum products and services.

Alutech’s focus is on providing shop fitting, metal fabrication, carpentry, joinery, and other
building maintenance services to SMEs and large-scale businesses. We believe in modern
infrastructural development which makes homes and workplaces more habitable. Our goals
and services are custom-made to suit our client’s specifications and to meet their unique
tastes. Our services cater to a wide network of clients ranging from construction companies,
banks, retail shops, NGOs, individual homeowners, the government, and the mining sector.

Alutech has a great team of experts. All the directors have combined their professional skills
and knowledge gained from successful careers within the shopfitting and Management
Industry to form Alutech investments Pvt Ltd. The company has also attained 18 years
working experience evolving from a one-man band to building a commendable workforce
that is capable of keeping current customers satisfied and expanding the business into a force
to be reckoned with in its chosen market going forward.

Boniface Makanga – Technical Support Manager

Boniface Makanga has over 20 years working experience having worked as a Group
Technical Manager and Business Development Director within the industry. He obtained the
following qualifications as part of his joinery as an entrepreneur and businessman.

4. Diploma in Marketing LCCI

Edmore Machesi – Accounts and Administration

Edmore Machesi worked for Fredk Sade Pvt Ltd as an Accounts Clerk from 1990 – 1996. He
then joined Creative Systems from 1997 – 2003 as a bookkeeper. Since then, he has been
doing consulting work for Zimra and NSSA taxes. He joined Alutech Investments Pvt Ltd in
2018 as a consultant.

Sharleen Kamupfumvuti – Assistant Technical Manager

Sharleen is a holder of a Quantity Surveyor Diploma and is indispensable due to her expertise in
financial planning and estimating. She joined Alutech Investments (Pvt) Ltd in 2022.
Key Management

Nigel Mutukwa – Project Manager

Nigel Mutupa is a class 1 boiler maker holder and has a bachelor’s degree in management
from the University of West Alabama in the United States of America. He is responsible for
the coordination and implementation of assigned projects and ensures consistency according
to specifications.

Eng. M Ngulube – Assistant Project Manager

Engineer Ngulube is a graduate trainee from the National University of Science and
Technology who undertook a Bachelor of Technology degree in Industrial and
Manufacturing Engineering. He focuses on the improvement of the production of items and
creates effective process optimization in order to meet targets.

Beauty Mapato - Marketing Manager

Beauty Mapato is a holder of a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Marketing from the
National University of Science and Technology. Her role in the company has led to sealing of
huge deals from big companies such as NMB bank, the newly renovated 5 avenue mall,
ZUVA, only to mention a few. Her effectiveness in market research has led to the
development of long lasting and effective client relationships.

Nyasha Dangirwa – Technical Drawing Office

Nyasha Dangirwa is a graduate trainee from Chinhoyi University of Technology, holding a
Bachelor of Technology Degree in Creative Art and has astounding skills in the use of
AutoCAD, SketchUp and ArchiCAD applications.

Anesu Sowa – Quality Assurance Manager

Key Management
Engineer Anesu Sowa from the Harare Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of
Technology Degree in Materials Technology and Engineering joined Alutech Investments in
2022. She offers astounding guidance on which material is best for a specific use based on
the properties of the material and ensures that quality products which are up to or exceeding
the standard are delivered to the clients.

Isabel Nyashanu – Quality Assurance Officer

Engineer Isabel Nyashanu, a graduate trainee from the Harare Institute of Technology with a
Bachelor of Technology degree in Materials Technology and Engineering recently joined
Alutech Investments beginning of 2023. She is responsible for evaluating workshop
processes and inspects activities to ensure that standard products with minimal or no defects
are delivered to the clients and within the appropriate and agreed time frame.

Alutech has a sizeable support group consiting of Shop Fitters, Painters, Electricians,
Carpenters, Builders and Plumbers. Our personnel are competent with lots of technical
expertise drawn from experience in the industry.
