Term &Condition:
1. Golf reservation open 2 weeks before playing. Golf reservation should be done by fax or e-
mail specially for weekend reservation
2. In the event a tee time reservation is made less than 3 players, PHGC may at its option,
Permit others people to tee off with the party reserving the tee time to maximize use of the
golf course.
3. Weekend public holyday reservation from 8 person upwards, green fee payment should be
settled 2 days prior
4. We give leeway for 10 minutes from your tee off time otherwise we postponed your tee time
to the next empty flight.
5. Cancellation for weekend and public holiday is 3 days prior the “D” day, cancellation within
2 day before or no show will be charged green fee only.
6. Golf cart is mandatory for Visitor.
7. For individual and corporate register member please show the membership card when
register
8. For company unregistered member must bring the original fax booking sheet and show the
ID card during registration. theplayer must be the person named on the booking sheet. ifnot,
the player will be charged visitor rate.
