Executive Summary
         Provecho Tapas is a business that specializes in sweet food, the products that we serve
are Cup Cream which focuses on stimulating the appetite of customers and has nutrients that
are good for students, the other is Jelly Flan, its softness, and sweetness that is rich in tasty
flavors that will certainly satisfy them about this food being budget-friendly. aside from being the
healthiest product we have, is also good for the diet of those customers who want to have a slim
body, and that’s why this business will serve high-quality foods and ensure customers’ safety at
all costs. Further, will satisfy the greediness of sweet foods of our potential market and our
business goal is to help us have high grades in entrepreneurship and to have an allowance for
our daily life needs. Therefore, this business will tell a lot of stories in every bite along the way
as this business progresses in the future.
 
         The business is located alongside Samar National School, which gives us the advantage
to attract our potential market and target market. Our potential market will be the passerby at
Samar National School and it can also be students coming from the other school. Our target
market is the students who have the same school that we have, it is much faster and much
easier to attract customers. The future outlook of our marketplace will be a micro market, if
things will go the way we expect them to, we can improve it more than what our groups have
planned. We chose this product because they are unique to our location and only a few sell the
same product we have but different in taste. Aside from this, the reason that we have chosen
sweet food is that we want to make our customers remember their precious memories through
this food. In addition, our products are unique because they are rarely found at our location, and
even if there are some foods that we have in common, we will base them on the taste which
differentiates the perspective of customers on which is better. In summary, our business is more
advantageous to uniqueness, sweetness, the taste in every bite, and our services on how we
treat our customers to leave a good review and perspective of them to our business that we will
make sure they will come back and buy our products regularly.

our company is "Where every bite tells a story “The reason why provecho tapas is the name of
our company is to make it unique so that when the customers hear the name of our company,
they will get confused about it, in that way we can attract the customers because of the name of
the company. This company is owned and managed by a group of students who want to profit
from their venture.

Provecho Tapas is a snack house that is located alongside Samar National School that
offers affordable and delicious snacks, especially for students and teachers. We can describe
our business as a fast service where the customers (students and teachers) will just sit around
and wait for their food to be ready and we also offer fast delivery and selling classroom by
classroom. We are expecting to catch the interest of the customers based on the product that
we offered which is created by the combination of the unique ideas of my group mates. Our
business aims to provide affordable products that meet the market's demand inside the SNS
area.

product has the perfect balance of being healthy and sweet. That is the reason we came up with
this kind of product that is essential and advantageous to everyone especially the student and
teachers of Samar National School. That is the reason it will become popular. Since it is open to
both students and teachers, it is a must for everyone and a day of indulgence for those who are
exhausted from a school activity, and life. This would suit everyone as a trend for every
customer that gets into this product. Customers are the ones that make a firm successful in
every industry. The people who will make purchases are the consumers and potential
customers.

Our company is corporation-type ownership because it composes of seven members. It


is owned and managed by a group of students in Samar National School named Lorraine
Muñoz, Wella Mae Benlot, Johan Dean Lerin, Rey Ian Conde, Lianne Dasal, Romualdo Quisel,
and also Clark Perfiñan. We choose this ownership because it will help us grow our business in
which we can develop ideas and strategies to improve and enhance the taste or appearance of
the product to make it more appealing in the eyes of our consumers, plan for strategies in
selling the products and we can easily make a solution to the problems that we might encounter
in future because we have a lot of members that will help us or have teamwork to achieve the
goals and to be successful with our business someday.

2.8 BUSINESS MAP LOCATION AND FACILITIES

The location of our business is alongside the area of Samar National School which is
crowded by students, teachers, and drivers which is our target market and most likely our
competitors are street vendors, we chose this location because we are competitive but that is
business it’s about competing to others to succeed and in weekends our competitors reduce
because that is their rest days and near at school provides an easy way for customers to access
and buy our products.

3.1 Product and Services Description

The food that we can offer to the world is special, and one of those is the cup cream, it is not the
same as the others, it is unique and special, and this product will have a special place in the
heart of the people who would try. Another one is the jelly flan, sweet and soothing food to
consume and affordable for anyone who wants a sweet food to eat. Last but not least, the
potato cheese ball apart from delighting your taste buds, potatoes are good for all those who
wish to put on weight. Potatoes are also a rich source of Vitamin B, folate, and minerals such as
potassium, magnesium, and iron. We will serve customers with the politeness that they deserve,
and make them comfortable while buying from us, and aside from that, we also offer a service of
free waiting lounge, and the safety of the customer, our potential market will be everyone inside
the school and especially the students and teachers. With the rising of challenges, every day
which makes these products are good to consume to refresh the students and teachers who are
having stress lately.

Our food product will stand out from the other competitors because it is affordable, special, and
unique, and aside from that every bite you take is soothing to feel and has amazing nutrients
that can be gained. In addition, the safety of the customers when eating the food, it is prioritized
and before we sell it must be tested by our entrepreneur first.

Our potential customers will buy and will prefer our product because it is easily accessible and it
has a unique taste and flavor that symbolizes the Catbalogan. We will customers through the
power of posters and quotations about life challenges and motivations. What makes our product
unique is basically being affordable and cheaper than any other products but it maintains a good
appearance and taste of the product which makes it our advantage.

Our suppliers are the trusted market that has good quality and sells safe raw materials that are
