INTRODUCTION OF ARIHANT CAPITAL

Arihant Capital Markets Limited is a financial services company


based in Indore, India. The company was established in 1992 and has
since grown to become one of the leading financial services providers
in India.

Arihant Capital offers a wide range of financial products and


services, including stockbroking, distribution of financial products,
wealth management, investment banking, and research services. The
company has a pan-India presence with over 120 locations across the
country.

Arihant Capital is a member of the National Stock Exchange of


India (NSE), Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), Multi Commodity
Exchange of India (MCX), and National Commodity & Derivatives
Exchange Limited (NCDEX). The company caters to the needs of

Account and some knowledge about stock Market and Trading.

 Mutual Funds

is managed by a professional fund manager, who invests the money on behalf of the

investors.

 SEBI

SEBI stands for the Securities and Exchange Board of India. It is the regulatory body that

oversees the securities markets in India. SEBI was established in 1988 as an independent

regulator to protect the interests of investors and promote the development of the securities

markets in India.

 D-MATE ACCOUNT

A Demat Account (also known as a DMAT Account) is an electronic account that is used to

hold securities such as stocks, bonds, and mutual funds in a dematerialized or electronic

format. It is similar to a bank account, but instead of holding cash, it holds securities.

Opening a Demat Account requires submitting the required documents and completing the

KYC process. Demat Accounts are provided by various financial institutions such as banks,

brokerages, and depositors


 E-KYC

EKYC stands for Electronic Know Your Customer, which is a paperless process of verifying

the identity of an individual using electronic means. It is a quick and efficient way of

completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, which is mandatory for various

financial transactions such as opening a bank account, investing in mutual funds, or

obtaining a loan.

The eKYC process involves using electronic documents such as Aadhaar card, PAN card,

or other identity documents to verify the identity of the customer. The process is

completely digital and can be completed online, without the need for physical

verification of documents.

 Process for doing E-KYC

1. Choose a service provider: You can choose a service provider who offers eKYC

services, such as banks, financial institutions, or mutual fund companies.

2. Provide your details: You need to provide your personal details such as name, date of

birth, and contact information, as well as the details of the documents you want to use

for eKYC.

3. Upload documents: You need to upload the scanned copies of the required

documents, such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, or passport.

4. Verify your identity: Once the documents are uploaded, you need to verify your

identity using a One Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number or

email.

5. Consent for sharing your data: You need to provide your consent for sharing your

data with the service provider for the purpose of eKYC.


6. Sign and submit: Once you have completed the verification process, you need to sign

the application form and submit it along with the required documents to complete

the eKYC process.

 NISM

NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) is a public trust established in India by

the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to promote education and research

in the Indian securities market. NISM provides a wide range of educational programs,

certifications, and training courses for various stakeholders in the securities market,

including investors, issuers, intermediaries, and regulators.

NISM offers a range of certifications and training programs related to various aspects

of the securities market, such as mutual funds, derivatives, securities operations,

investment banking, research analysis, and compliance. These programs aim to

enhance the skills and knowledge of professionals working in the securities market

and promote investor protection and market integrity.
