Intervention in Mathematics

1. The Mauban North Elementary School I implemented an intervention program in mathematics for SY 2015-2016 to address various problems students were having. 2. Strategies included reviewing for tests, giving incentives, monitoring assignments, recognizing high-performing students, using cooperative learning, and providing word problems in lessons. 3. Resources like references, subject mentors, sample exams and word problems written on boards would be used with an expected output of higher test scores, independent work habits, and stronger problem-solving and math fact skills.
