V. PROGRAM METHODOLOGY
This seminar will be conducted face-to-face on April 21, 2023, in Room 302 at
Taguig City University. The program methodology for the seminar proposal on
"Who Joins & Who Stays: Building Connection by Group Formation" involves
several key steps. First, a needs assessment will be conducted to determine
the target audience and their specific needs related to building connections
within a social group. Next, a program plan will be developed that includes the
program objectives, goals, activities, timeline, and resources needed.
Program delivery will then take place, utilizing a variety of methods such as
lectures, interactive activities, and group discussions that encourage
communication, collaboration, and problem-solving, while creating a safe and
welcoming environment for participants to share their experiences and learn
from one another. Following the program delivery, a program evaluation will
be conducted to assess its effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Finally, participants will be provided with resources and support to continue
building connections within their social groups after the seminar, which may
include access to online resources or opportunities for participants to connect
with one another outside of the seminar.
