MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
Stucture :

“ ALLIGATOR “ type. This jack can be manually towed away or by a trailer.

The tank is included in the structure and all other elements are dismontable.

Jack assembly :

The jack assembly is composed of :

The jack lot is fixed by structure screws.

The cylinder is from the outside protected by paint and inside by chrome.
Telescopic pistons are chromed.
Phosphated screw.
The adapter kit is galvanized.
A packing seal of high reliability standard to ensure the real tightness

The rolling assembly :

At the base of the jack, two rotating wheels to facilitate the movement.
At the front, one retractable wheel (with a spring) which facilitates the positioning at the contacting point.

Hydraulic circuit :

In the basic version, the hydraulic circuit is composed of :

o One oleopneumatic pump.
o One hand pump ( high and low pressure ).
o A pressure limitation valve.
o One air filter for oleopneumatic pump.
o A set of non-return valves.
o A depression tap.
o An hydraulical circuit working with oil ( AIR 3520 norm ).

Options :
o Double act hydraulic circuit; it allows to pump to quickly back down the pistons.
o Dismantled handle that allows to easily tidy up in a storage box.

Paint :

The jack is painted with a resisting paint to skydrol, oils and solvents. This paint is normally yellow.

Test procedure :

All our tests are made in our workshop on our test bench ( capacity : 200 tons )
We apply simultaneously on each jack : _ a vertical load: 1,5 time the rated capacity.
_ a lateral load: 15% of the rated capacity.
Under this configuration, we check that no leak, nor mechanical binding appears. A test certificate together with an EEC is
issued for each equipment.
