Dear Parent,

There will be a presentation of ‘Bonding with the tree’ by Prep A on Tuesday, 14th March 2023 and
parents will be allowed to come to school and observe their child engage in the activity.

Please note:

• The activity will start at 9:30 am and finish at 10:30 am. All parents who wish to visit
should be seated by 9:20 am.
• 9:45 am is the last walk in time. No entries will be allowed after this.
• Children will stay back after the activity and continue in school for rest of the day. They
will not leave with their parents so kindly talk to your child about this at least a day before
the event so that the child is mentally prepared for staying back.

Please Note:

We request all parents to adhere to time and leave soon after watching the presentation and
collecting the ‘Development Profile’. The teacher will not meet parents on this day.

In order to avoid any inconvenience related to parking, we have arranged for parking space at farm
no. – 24, Green Avenue, Vasant Kunj from where you will need to walk down to school after parking
your vehicle.

Please remember children will come and go back in the school buses at the normal time.
