MILLIONATE MR-200 is a brownish liquid consisting of pure MDI and polymerized MDI. It contains 30.5-32.0% NCO and has a viscosity of 150-250 mPa・s and density of 1.220-1.240 g/cm3. 1. Description
MILLIONATE MR-200 consists of pure-MDI and polymerized-MDI.

2. Application
MILLIONATE MR-200 is used in applications such as rigid, semi-rigid and integral skin foams,
as well as coatings, adhesives and elastomers.

4. Handling precautions
・Use reasonable care and store away from oxidizing materials.
・Keep container tightly closed in dry, cool, well-ventilated place.CO2 gas generated from the
reaction between isocyanate and water may cause a burst of a container.
・In case of contact with skin wash off immediately with soap and water.
・Use in the correct manner and appropriate combination.
・Use adequate personal protective equipment(respiratory apparatus, goggles, gloves, etc) while
handling.
