Dear Ma’am:

Greetings of Peace!

In partial fulfillment of our requirements for our subject Practical Research 2, we the grade
12 students of 12-HUMSS B namely: Maria Concepcion N. Dangoy, Rhea Angela
Espinosa, Lord Reisin L. Casuyon, Trisha Mae B. Cruz, Jeneriza Estacion, Joseph Ian C.
Catubay, and John Fritz M. Corales would like to ask for permission to conduct a research
entitled "The Tolerance Level of Senior High School Students and Teachers on Cross-
dressing of Transwoman Students".

In connection with this, we would like to ask from your good office to allow us to conduct
our research study in your vicinity. This survey would last only about 15-20 minutes and
would be arranged at a time convenient to the teachers and students schedule (e.g.
during break). Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary and there are no known or
anticipated risks to participation in this study. Rest assured that the data we will gather
will remain absolutely confidential and for academic purposes only. We are hoping that
this request will merit your favorable approval.
