This endorsement shall prevail and legally binds this contract of insurance notwithstanding any provision
whether written typed or printed in certificate of Insurance bearing Certificate of Insurance No.
PLSCH101_23008733 inconsistent herewith. Underwriters hereon impose the following changes with effect
from 16-03-2023:

1. REVISED LIMIT OF LIABILITY


i. Limit of Crew Liability (Part A Section 1) is restricted to a limit not exceeding MYR 23,000 per crew.
ii. Limit of Liability for Third Parties Fixed and Floating Objects (Part A Section 2) is limited to an overall limit
of MYR 50,000.
iii. Limit of Oil Pollution Liability (Part A Section 3) is restricted to a limit not exceeding MYR 30,000 per
accident or occurrence.
iv. Limit of Wreck Removal (Part A Section 4) is restricted to a limit not exceeding MYR 30,000 per accident
or occurrence.
v. Limit of Passenger Liability (Part A Section 5) is restricted to a limit not exceeding MYR 23,000 per
passenger.

2. ADDITIONAL WARRANTY IMPOSED


i. Warranted no carriage of oil cargo and/or persistent oil cargo absolutely.
ii. Warranted loading and unloading to be supervised by qualified and experienced personnel at an authorized
port/jetty.
iii. Warranted cargo operations logbook evidencing the quantity of cargo loaded and/or discharged be
maintained.
iv. Warranted pumping system and its related equipment be inspected weekly with supporting maintenance
and inspection logbook.
v. Warranted a manual pump for emergency use be kept onboard at all times and in operative condition.
vi. Excluding losses due to oil spill as a result of cargo operations including ship-to-ship transfers.
vii. Warranted no coverage during repairs at sea, at anchorage or berth.
viii. Warranted coverage is strictly for ships whilst in operation only.
ix. Subject to survey inspection to be carried out by Marine Department of Malaysia within 30 days of policy
inception.

3. Full P&I condition warranty survey by P&I Malaysia's approved surveyor is waived.

These changes above, attach and form part of the Certificate of Insurance No. PLSCH101_23008733 and is
deemed legally binding to this contract of insurance.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
