to proceed with the clearance, please check and validate that the information provided on the attached SAD500 Bill of Entry is accurate
and correct. Once you have done so, please ensure that payment of the amount referred to below is made via our Online Payment Portal
Once paid, there is no need to provide us with Proof of Payment; the portal will generate proof of payment within 30 minutes of payment.

Important Notice. By making payment via our Online Payment Portal or any other means of payment of the above amount: you are
deemed to have: (a) approved and validated the correctness of the attached SAD500 bill of entry which acts as you / your company’s
customs clearing instruction to us; (b) accepted and agreed to DHL's Standard Terms and Conditions of Carriage , on your / your
company’s behalf; (c) warranted that the shipment will be in compliance with all applicable laws; and (d) if the shipment is consigned to
you in your personal capacity, warranted that you have not imported or exported goods (including this shipment) to a value of more than
R150 000.00 in this calendar year [if you have, you will need to register as an importer].

Information on Customs Clearance. Submission to Customs will begin after payment has been received. Customs only accepts
commercial invoices from the Supplier/Shipper. Failure to provide same may result in a Customs Stop/Detention and will delay delivery.
Response time from Customs is beyond our control and dependent on a number of factors. Should additional information be required of
you, we will contact you. The onus remains on you to ensure that all of the information submitted to Customs on your behalf is true and
correct. Notify us immediately in writing, using the contact information below, should that not be so. Incorrect or inaccurate information
may result in a Stop/Detention and the imposition of penalties/punitive measures. By law, any shipment not cleared within 7 days from
date of arrival will be transferred to the Government State Warehouse, and late clearance fees and storage fees will be payable by
you/your company.
