Office of La Union Atty. Donato D. Balderas, Jr., the herein RESPONSE of Sto. Tomas District
Office in relation to SWAPPING AGREEMENT between Ms. CRISANTA C. EVANGELISTA, Teacher
III of Cupang Integrated School, Sto. Tomas District, La Union Schools Division Office, and Ms.
PAMELA A. CAPISTRANO, Teacher III of Don Pedro Elementary School, Malasiqui 2 District,
Malasiqui, Pangasinan.

We received an update from Ms. Evangelista who is a resident of Manaoag,


Pangasinan, that they had this opportunity to personally ask the Schools Division
Superintendent of Pangasinan I on this issue. During the meeting, the superintendent
disapproved of the swapping request due to the fact that Ms. Evangelista wanted to be
transferred to Manaoag, Pangasinan which is under Pangasinan II Division while she is originally
seeking transfer to Malasiqui II district is under Pangasinan I where she claims her swapping
counterpart is originating.

Now, based on this details gathered, I shall humbly rest the decision to the head of both
Division Offices concerned as deemed authority to decide on this matter.
