Assessment Based Charges (“ABC”) Model
The standard model covers all costs related to your TISAX Assessment Scope registration.
It is one-time per location per TISAX Assessment Scope (discounts apply, see below).
There are no recurring fees for the period of validity of your assessment.
You can see assessment results of other TISAX Participants if you have a valid TISAX Assessment and share
it.
If you plan to register 20 or more locations and/or a multitude of different scopes, please contact us at
tisax@[Link] or +49 69 986692-777 in order to check the applicability of the Participation Based Charges
(“PBC”) Model. This model does not apply unless you explicitly selected it with our staff. It cannot be
selected using the ENX Portal.

Important Terms of Payment (according to our TISAX General Terms and Conditions)
• All fees are subject to German value added tax (VAT) as far as applicable.
• Payments are due 30 days after the date of the invoice.
• Payment is a prerequisite for the final acceptance of any application for registration.

Participation Based Charges (“PBC”) Model
With this model you pay a yearly recurring fee.
You can register an arbitrary number of TISAX Assessment Scopes and Locations for a flat rate.
The PBC payment model is alternative to the ABC model and cannot be selected using the ENX Portal. It
does not apply unless you explicitly selected this model with our staff. If you are interested in selecting this

An individual applicability check is necessary to see assessment results of other TISAX Participants without
a valid and shared TISAX Assessment Result.

9014 Participation Based Charges (PBC Model) 5.000,00 per year
Participation Based Charges cover all fees related to processing the TISAX Participant’s registration. ENX will invoice
the TISAX PBC annually. In the first year 1/12 of annual charge for each remaining month including month of
application will be charged.
