This document describes a project report for a Coffee Shop Management System created by 4 students. The system was created under the guidance of Prof. Mrs. M. Jeyanthi for their B.Sc in Computer Science. The system allows Administrators, Staff, and Cashiers to login and manage various aspects of the coffee shop. The Administrator has full access and can manage users, categories, products, sales, and reports. Staff can manage categories, products, and sales. Cashiers are limited to sales and reports. The system will provide daily sales reports and printable receipts. It was created using PHP, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and runs on Apache web server.

Tittle: Coffee Shop Management System

Abstract :
The management of the Coffee Shop is the only ones
who have access to this POS (Point Of Sale) for the Coffee
Shop. It is necessary the management to login to the
system using their current valid system credentials in order
for them to be granted access to the features and functions
that are available. The Administrator, the Staff , and the
Cashier are the three distinct sorts of user roles that are
able to log in and use this system. The Admin user has the
ability to access and administer all of the features and
operations of the system, including the management of
users and system information. This capability is only
available to the Admin user. The Cashier users can only
access the sales transactions that they themselves have
generated, whereas the Staff users have restricted
capabilities. Additionally, the project will provide a daily
sales report as well as a printable receipt.
