ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
for the Month of December-January
S.Y. 2022-2023

I have the honor to submit my Accomplishment Report for the month of December
and January within the S.Y. 2022-2023. The following are the tasks which I accomplished
and attained through the collaboration and effort of the teachers and students of the Senior
High School.

I. TEACHERS DEVELOPMENT
 Prepared WHLPs including appropriate, commensurate and updated
modules and learning activity sheets.
 Monitored, evaluated and maintained students’ progress.
 Attended virtual meetings and conferences initiated by the school.
 Serves as the graphic layout artist and one of the technical operators during
the Math Camp 2021 District Roll out.
 Prepared a Photo Booth as a task given for being an FPA officer.
 Attended school activity.
 Issued 1st Quarter Grades

II. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT


 Utilized necessary teaching aids/materials.
 Enriched students’ knowledge and recreational activities.
 Adopted computer technology in teaching.
 Prepares and submits reports as instructed by the SP and ASP.

III. STUDENTS DEVELOPMENT


 Participated in virtual Flag Ceremony.
 Actively engaged in varied tasks.
 Answed the modules and submitted outputs for the subject.
 Coopperated in online consultations of respective learning areas.

IV. PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT


 Maintained cleanliness in and out of my classroom and the assigned parts
of school.
 Improved the territory.
 Added material in administering learners’ modules inside the classroom.
 Added structures inside the classroom.
 Received the highest recognition as the most functional classroom in
Grade 12 category and the whole Senior High Department.

V. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
 Accommodated parents who come to school to inquire for the
requirements needed for enrolling.
 Actively responded on the initial survey of vaccination plans for their child
response to achieving the immunity.
