Permanent Secretariat (Permsec) and advise of malfunctions, shortcomings or where enhancements to the TOC Code are deemed
absolutely necessary.
The IACS Technical Support Administrator will approach the TOC Advisor and seek her/his technical input on issues raised by TOC end
