Project Safe

Project SAFE aims to maintain a clean, green and safe environment at Cardenas Elementary School through parental and stakeholder involvement. Teachers will assign parents a monthly schedule to help clean the school grounds. Beneficiaries of social programs will help plant gardens. This is intended to prevent the spread of sickness like COVID-19 and ensure a child-friendly space. In November 2020, monitoring found a safer and cleaner environment, though some parents did not comply with cleaning schedules. The school will continue implementing the project and pursuing parental involvement in maintaining cleanliness and safety.

TITLE: Project SAFE (Safety And Friendly Environment)

II. DESCRIPTION:
Project SAFE (Safety And Friendly Environment) is an intervention that assures
safeness of Cardenas Elementary School pupil having a child-friendly environment
most especially this time of pandemic.
CES teachers and stakeholders are expected to join hand on hand to build a
greener and secured environment. Thus, parents will be given schedules (a month
per grade level) to maintain cleanliness of the surroundings on their free and
convenient time. In addition to this 4Ps beneficiaries are also be given space where
in they will put their gardens.
Cleaner and greener are said to be one way to prevent the spreading of any
sickness. Hence, COVID-19 is also one of them. That is why we must maintain and
secure safeness of everyone.
III. OBJECTIVES:
Project SAFE aims to;
1. Maintain cleanliness of the school.
2. Ensures safeness of everyone.
3. Have a greener and comfortable environment
IV. IMPACT:
1. The school will always be ready anytime that face to face class will be
implemented.
2. Pupils as well as the people entering the school will feel safe and secured.
