Dear Mr. Albujar:

We are pleased to communicate that Claro Enterprise Solutions, LLC (CES) has decided to award
Sistemas QBit SA (Qbit) the contract for Professional Services of the following project:

• Oracle ERP Cloud – Implementation Project

Such award is contingent upon the successfully completing the agreement to the technical, commercial,
and economic conditions proposed by Qbit.

Functional Scope Implementation USD 250,000
Technical Scope Implementation USD 135,000
TOTAL USD 385,000

The total estimation of USD $385,000 for this contract, as well as the terms and conditions, will be
incorporated into the Statement of Work document, which establishes the rights and obligations of both
parties to the scope and resources listed in the above-mentioned table with a projected start date of May
the 3rd, 2021.

In case the agreement, for any reason, cannot be formalized and signed by both parties, this
communication will be deemed invalid and therefore both CES and Qbit shall be released from any
obligations, responsibilities.
