Exercise Chap1 2023

This document discusses probability and events. It provides examples of calculating probabilities of different outcomes in scenarios involving dice rolls, coin tosses, random selections of objects, etc. It asks the reader to find probabilities of specific events occurring in each scenario, such as the probability of rolling a 6 on a die, randomly selecting an object with a certain property, etc. There are over 30 examples provided with questions about calculating probabilities.
